Average College

The campus size is way too small compared to all other Colleges, also the sports ground is far away from College building and have to be traveled by bus, apart from these points there is no negative aspect about College

Exams are conducted by Shivaji University as College is not autonomous, they are tough but you must clear every sub in first attemp or a mountain of backlogs will be a long burden on your back, the course is fixed by university and does not change frequently so you can except pretty much similar questions from previous papers. Exams must be given in every semester end and you need to clear every subject in order to get to next semester.

Nos a days every company is conducting a national qualifier test so being in a particular College doesn’t make up for that much, still small scale companies prefer in campus recruitment do regarding that the CS has most in campus companies and unfortunately civil engineering is last, but we all get internship opportunities which we have to find ourselves and can be with or without stipend.

Every department conducts their own technical event and also non technical events to name a few MODRA event organised by civil students MECHTANTRA event organised by Mechanical students along with these we have NSS, EDC, SORT, SWSA, Youth Festival and VERVE magazine

Fee is quite manageable so to say but if you belong from economically backward class then you can easily avail scholarship and freeship facilities provided by the government of Maharashtra, Fee us collected semester wise

College does not provide any scholarship facilities however government of Maharashtra provide freeship and all kinds of scholarship which are applicable in whichever College you go, You can avail EBC scholarship and If you score good marks in CET then you may get Eligible to avail TFWS in which case your fee will be 40,000 in total

We have sports, gathering, technical and non technical events and also few extra curricular events to name a few EDC, SWSA, SORT, NSS, Youth Festival, Shivjayanti Rally all the students organised as well as participate in these events and there is no interference of teachers.

One can never become an engineer by him self he needs to have a strong connection with seniors which eventually gets formed and believe me the seniors are really helpful at the end you will consider them as your friends than seniors

I gave my CET exams and score pretty average, then through DTE website all the admission process is done online once registered in ARC centers near you. And for the reason for choosing Civil Engineering over other is because it provides you with a wide range of opportunities in government as well as entrepreneurial fields.

Few of the faculty members are University hired where as few are personally hired by dean or principal. They all are experienced in their respective field with both knowledge of on site and off site information which is quite essential regarding civil , moreover all the facilities are pursuing Phd.
