Course Curriculum Overview

Course Structure is ok. They still teaching old school methods like instead of teaching CAD in first semester they are teaching Engineering graphics. New emerging technology like AI/ML are not included in course. Also, students are taught wirh respect to getting placements and improving CGPA not for research purposes.

Placement Experience

Placements are OK. Computer Science students got highest placements while chemical got most psu by clearing gate. Microsoft give the highest package. Companies like Capgemini,mu sigma, Deloitte,caparro do mass hiring.

College Events

My college celebrate all events be it diwali,holi, independence day,republic day, foundation day, gandhi jayanti. Two fests are also organised annually each one in odd and even semester. In even sem cultural fest UTKANSH is organised while in odd sem technical fest technitiis organised.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible and expensive both according to income tax certificate provided. As per MHRD, students having family income less than 6 LPA have to pay 70k tution fee while more than that have to pay 210l tution fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college probide scholarhsip to students who top their branch each year with some percentage of the tution fee. They also provide all mhrd scholarships and other scholarships related to the fields.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities like teams were there for each sport. Cricket team was there, volleyball, basketball,table tennis,tennis ,football all games teams were there. Societies were there like bawre for acting, dance club for dancing,singinh club for singing.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infrastructure was good. I would rate 8/10 and facilities were also provided like gym,mess.Mesa food was not great but good and Tv room was there for watching tv. Reading room was there for study purposes.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network was good. Each year alumni meet is held to bring back the old alumni to share their life and college experiences. As Entrepreneurship cell, Analytics cell were made to strive students for startup and analytics and data science.

Admission

Given the JEE Mains exam, got AIR 35000, filled the choices among all colleges and branches and got this.NIT tag and a new growing branch(Industrial and Production) made me choose the course. Saw the placementa of the college plua it was near to my home than other NITs

Faculty is improving in the sense that new ines are focused on growing technology like AI/ml,Advance manufacturing. Cells are established like Innovation cell, Analytics cell, Entrepreneurship cell.Faculty is more aware of latest trends in technology

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

Placement Experience:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

Atharv ki dastan nit ki kahani

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
