My Knowledge of my College

The course curriculum is good though not the best if compared to other universities. Some modules that are in other universities who are teaching the same course are not available. The exam process is just and fair and an accurate way of measuring understanding of the course. They are 3 sessional examinations and and one final exam at the end of the semester. The final mark is a combination of 70% final mark , 20% sessional 10% class assesement

There is 100% placement. Internship is offered for some courses. I've heard that companies like Mircrosoft visit for placement and th college conducts sessions to prepare the students of these interviews.

Independance day On this day all the faculties in our college gather together and these are hugely attended Sports week During this week each faculty forms a team and competer with other faculties. This is hugely attended Children day This one is attended but not in full capacity

The fee structure is generally expensive without a Scholarship. For example the fees for my course is USD$6000 per annum which is a bit high. But because 9f their scholarship scheme the fees is scaled down.

The college offers upto 50% Scholarship for African students. Which is a great program as it helps financially crippled Africans like us to attain knowledge regardless of our financial status. I've also found out that they offer scholarship for local students on merit.

From my class we have few ladies this can be accounted by the requirement of the course. On sports we have sports days where almost everyone will participate. They are conducted well and helpful. Within the stuff members Racism is nothing to be spoken off. But a few individuals from the students can be handpicked. It is a college for multi-race n they are foreing students me being one of them. The staff members treat us normally.

I am in hostel. The hostel are different depending on how much you pay. Generrally there are good hostels some of which are Air conditioned. The food they offer in Hostel is good. Only that they do not offer non-veg, which i believe they should as they are keeping foreign students. The rooms are big enough with studying tables amongst other necessary property. In each hostel also there are study rooms which are meant for students to study and explore more.

Because of language problem we don't talk much. But they have helped by providing past exam papers amongst other educational resources. They also help in conducting workshops to educate us on our career and the real world.

I got a scholarship from my country to study here, when i searched for English medium Universities in Northen India i came across the college and loved the services they offerre like 100% placement and internships. Then my application was processesd through the scholarship agent i apid registration fee and later came to the college to complete admission.

The faculty is ready to teach the course but they have to improve the teaching skills for some lectures. And also make sure lectures are conducted in English. For locals the College is highly qualified.
