Remarks
The administration department is too lazy. If you have to go to give the fees they would be doing in a slow manner. If you ask for any information in the administration department they would not even speak up properly.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is good they have advanced classroom fitted with projectors, there is presentation weekly and monthly. Seminars are frequently held. The exams are held three times in each semester two mid sems and one end sem. Mid sems are held for 50 marks and end sems are of 100 marks.
Placement Experience
Overall placement is good they provide placement according to the specialization of the students. The placement process goes through the registration then group discussion and the personnel interview.
College Events
The main event is the GIETU Tech fest which is held once in a year it is held at the end of each year in the month of December after the end of semester exams. The events are held for nearly seven days out of which the last three days consisoof the cultural events & DJ's
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is good is feasible not much expensive compared to others. The total course fee is around 1.4 lakh for Indian students and 2lakh for foreign students. The fees are revised each year.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have not availed any scholarship so I have no idea about it. As the fees are reasonable I don't think there is any need to availe loan. In case there is a SBI bank within the campus for loan if anyone needs and the college also provide the required documents for availing a loan which is to be submitted to any bank according to the needs of the student.
Campus Life
There is equality in the university. They don't discriminate the students and even they provide more help to the students which are from another state as compared to their own state. The campus is ragging free. No students even if they are of last year won't rag. There was a recent case in freshers party where some students are being ragged atcually they were not ragging but taking some introductions. When the authorities came to know about it. The Freshers party was cancelled and the those students who were taking the introductions were severely warned.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel fees stands at around 65000per year including mess fees. They provide attached bathroom 24x7 WiFi, electricity and water. If there is any issues you can inform the warden and the problem is solved within 3hrs max
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are very much helpful. The are like your friends they don't compare themselves as seniors. The will help out in each and every situation they will provide their own notes of theirs if you ask them.
Faculty
Faculty's are good, well trained and professional in their field. They are very friendly and help out each and every student equally. They give more importance to the weak students and will help out in clearing your doubts during the college hours and also after the college hours and in weekends you can visit their home also for clearing your doubts
