Management was the only main problem in all the colleges but compare to some of the colleges our college management was bit best for the poor students i heard that they will deduct some amount of college fee i can rate my college management 4/5.

I got my seat through Karnataka common entrance test (KCET), I secured 829th rank i was interested in Mechanical I heard that one of the best colleges in BANGLORE for mechanical is BANGLORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY so I joined.

I chosen one of the toughest course mechanical in engineering stream, 1st year was good because common subjects to all the branches 2nd year I faced some difficulties like core subjects but my faculty was really good they helped me in each and every step all my lecturer's, had an vast experience in the subjects, even though I faced some tough in the critical subjects like TURBO MACHINES, MECHANICAL VIBRATIONS, but over all throughout the engineering its good and gained an plenty of knowledge through my lecturer's.

For internship I gone to MICO BOSCH i did my internship on reducing the machine time from 0.8min to 0.6 min.

Placements are good in my college only for the IT branches for core there are only few companies, which are listed below along with there package per annum, musigma (6lakhs), Robert BOSCH(4.5L), TCE(4.5), WIPRO(3.15), INFOSYS(3.15), ACCENTURE(3.15), CAP GEMINI (3.15), IBM(2.75), CYIENT(2.75), LAM RESEARCH (6.5).

College fest every year in the month of march we do have an events like Machine assembly and disassemble, Tug of war, Bike race, Hand wrestling, DJ notes, Dance competition etc we invite the colleges from all over Karnataka for the events and there is an big competition for Dance show and for the Band music.

I have been availed the scholarship from the state government of Karnataka for the backward peoples, 18000+3000 per year through the post matrix scheme.

Our college had around 5000 strength out of which approximately around 3000 boys and 2000 girls we had an one R&D For robotics and nano technology for mechanical students but I don't about the other branches. There are so many commities engaged by the students I was the member in Rotract club, SAE club, And now for the alumni association in the college I had been participated in the two international conference about Nano technology.

Our college hostel strength for around 1000 people hostel fee was around 75000/-per year, twice non veg in a week, 3 members in a room with all facilities providing free WiFi facility and transportation from college to hostel main thing is well and cleaned maintenance.

I can rate my college alumni association around 4.5/5 we will gather once in a year in the month of february rotract club by the past students, will be the big meeting by senior students to supporting the poor people its really an good job by our senior buddies hands up to all.
