Starting from the college admission management to the interview management this college is above average yhough I had not seen any thing wrong in four years.

I took (WBJEE), I choose engineering because its my passion and it I always thought of creating different apps. Besides that I loved to write programming languages. That is why i select computer science as my stream. Besides all of that I had to get a job first and that was another reason behind choosing engineering.

Since my college was a government college, we had everything that a college needs for students. Mainly the practical lab where computer classes for programs were taken was good for all the students. Students who sit at the last they can also see the presentation all of the faculties are very friendly and they take good care of their students.

Cognizant came for an on-campus interview and selected more than 50% the interview process was divided into 3 parts. first one was written test, 3nd was technical interview and 3rd one was HR Interview. All the students were prepared properly before appearing in CTS interviews because all of us were aware of the procedure.

With respect to other government colleges it's not good if we campare with other government engineering colleges, then Kalyani and Jalpaiguri can be better choice. But, in a year 2-3 companies visit for on campus interview. Thus, students who are good enough will surely crack the interview.

In case of festivals, we, students had to arrange all the funds the maximum part of fund was from sponsors rest of the amount was collected from students and faculties we have a play ground in between the college area we celebrate Reunion every year.

Yes, I availed MCM or merit cum means scholarship i used to get 16800 rupees per year, that means 1400 per month this amount was enough for me to continue my study in a government college besides the MCM scholarship there are some other scholarships that students can avail.

This is something which I can't forget in my whole life great competitions in sports and studies. I was part of the cricket team and got a man-of the match award. The campus life will be memorable for every students who loves to play and who loves to work in labs.

I was not a part of the hostel, that is why I don't know that much about the quality of the food but, the rate was too low because it belongs to government college those you don't need to worry about the price or rate all I know is that the hostel area is very good.

8 on 10 for the alumni network. i know them very close cause I was a part of the college union there was a great bond between the alumni and also between the teachers and students. Senior students are always helpful to the juniors so, you don't need to worry about that.
