Positive is the academic Negative is the area as it is situated in a remote area so there's lot of problems and social life is negligible here.There is not many fests.and this is just the opposite of what you see in Karan johars movie.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am the first autonomous batch.academiaclly I can this is one of the best private colleges in orrisa with qualified faculties. 1st year was a lot hectic but then after its normal. Exam is conducted by bput where questions are easy to moderate.
Placement Experience
Placement process is mostly the mass recruitment.infosys, mindtree, Capgemini and Wipro are the big companies that come. Every summer different types of courses are available for the students which take place for 8 hours a day. For every field there's some courses. VLSI, CAD, JAVA, PYTHON, NANOTECHNOLOGY, etc are the courses.you can choose accordingly.
College Events
There are many clubs here and every club organises on an average 8 events.so there are many small events taking place. There are two fest one is the technical fest named sankalp which is a two day fest.full of amuse and fun.and another one is the cultural fest named waves. Sankalp is the most grand fest here as it comes under ISTE student chapter. Students would get tired participating but events won't get over which are again organised by the club's.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible. A middle class student can afford it.in comparison to other colleges I would say it is quite affordable.116000 is the per year academic fee including the transportation charges. If you cannot pay due to some problems you can talk to the authorities and get some extension.

Campus Life
Gender ratio may be 2:10. There are two fest organised here both in the spring season.WAVES (CULTURAL) SANKALP(TECH fest) Girls have to come in proper Indian wear with dupatta. There's a very safe environment for the girls with strict rules and regulations. Its overall a good college for a lower middle class to middle class child.Not too expensive.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are below average.And of you get a four seater room(most of them) you may face problems if you are introvert as everything will be congested. Single seater rooms are also available for the meritorious students in the 3rd and 4th year. Facilities are good.you get 24 hours of water and electricity without any problem. And for girls it's the safest place. Parents can blindly trust the hostel authorities here in terms of girls safety.
Alumni/Alumna
Depends on the students.You have to ask for it. Alumni are very helpful like if you are asking hell genuinely and the with the seniors it depends because helping isn't there jobs. Based on how you connect with them
Admission
There are college faculties coming to your cities for admission.they see your jee or ojee rank and 10-12th marksheet and based on the criteria they do the proceedings. Then there will be a admission process. Most of the cases they take your marksheets and don't return it till you join.
Faculty
Electronics department faculties are the most qualified and helping ones.They are research, placement.There are different groups for different reasearches. Faculties will help you in every bit like if you are willing to appear for gate they will motivate you help you etc. they are highly professional.
