Positive remaks include - thour knowledge level of some teachers and the way they teach us.And sports activities and other activities comes under positive remaks. Negative remaks include the lack of technical knowledge of some teachers and lack of discipline among students.

Frequently speaking, the course curriculum is average, not very well maintained labs, nor the teaching staff have much knowledge of their subject (except few). In a week you have 4 practical labs, but doesn't make any difference, because at the your syllabus will remain incomplete and moveover, the students lack interest due to poor teching methods and just attend classes for attendence.

Placement of college is average. Placement is mainly in CS, mining, electrical branches only. In Cs branch the number of student placed is more but highest package is less. But in case of mining branch the senerio is completely opposite the number of students placed is less but they get decent packages.

Fee Structure is feasible, as this is a government college.So for general category students is fee is high and OBC category students pays 2/3 of the fee, and SC ST category students pays the development fee only. Their fee isbpaid by the government.

Loan facility is available for general category students who pays high fees. Other than that there is scholarship facilities for OBC ST SC students who are unable to pay the fee, the sc st gets many relaxation on books fee and other stuffs.

Yes various extra curricular activities are conducted in the campus, these activities are conducted to have over-all development of students. The sex ratio is horrible in core branches, but in CS IT it is fair enough.

Rate for Hostel is around 40, 000 per annum.Facilities available are - Gym, free wifi, canteen, etc. Infrastructure is average as it a government college and kind of old also, so the infrastructure is not upto mark.But the girls hostel is good in terms of infrastructure and facilities as it was constructed after boys hostel.

Alumni network is not much helpful but senior guide in proper way. But once in year there is program where various alumni give the guidelines to students, about their respective subjects. There is no specific date of that program.

I was interested in mining Engineering and this is only government college (suitable for me according to my marks in jee mains) having Btech course in mining Engineering. This was the only reason behind taking admission. Admission process is done thourough counseling.

Faculty of the college are experienced, having at least 15 year of experience.Many of them teach well, and have knowledge about their subject, but some of them are very dumb and they cannot make you understand any topic and in that case you cannot ask your doubt.
