My college life

Only the negative remarks is about the campus area and life other wise in every aspect this college are much good Campus area is small but location is at superfine place in kolkata. Otherwise academics, placement, knowledge, discipline, in these aspects my college is superb.

Yeah course as far as of B-tech is prescribed by the guidelines of the " MAULANA ABUL KALAM AZAD UNIVERSITY " Because this college are affiliated through only this university. So course of btech are well defined here and also Reformation of course structure are done on regular basis through the university as per the new upcoming technology. What ever research you want to do you can fo as per ur wish always there are supportive guide are there to support u. And even here there is also mandatory from first year that you have to publish ur research paper. So that you can develop ur understanding regarding the upcoming technology in the world. Even for great research works or innovative projects colleges head are also always supportive in each and every kind of way either financial funding or by knowledge gaining.

Placement of CSE/ECE/IT are 100% almost. Each and every students of these above branches get placed here with an average package of 4.5 lacs per annum. Yeah my colleges also provides internship in many good it based company. Even this year Amazon has also arrived here for internships opportunity. With the stipend of 60, 000 per month. So that's great opportunity my college has received this year.

There are many events countless events celebrated in my colleges. Like Techfest Innovacion is one of the trademark of my college fest in which whole kolkata colleges take part Many coding fest Marathon Research publishing fest And many more competitive fest.

No fees structure is feasible actually. On an average you have to pay 50, 000 per semester. Which is much cheaper than any other engineering colleges specially private in India. So you can choose this easily. As in one of the good private engineering colleges. In India

No here by the college you will not get any scholarship. Actually since this is affliated from maulana abul kalam Azad university so here there is rules and norms are regulated by that university only. So here there is no any scholarship test. Or any criteria.

Sports are trademark of my colleges in many fields like cricket, kabaddi, and football specially. About labs that is not much fully fledged but I can say it's moderate. you will get everything you want in lab. Gender ratio is about 1:3

Hostel is outside the Of the college campus. So infrastructure is fine. There is minimum of double sharing and triple sharing. Rooms are there in the hostel. And you can also get the pgs there just beside the colleges which takes 6000/- monthly of folding and lodging with wifi, drinking water and cleaning facilities of double bed and 5500/- monthly for triple bed same facility.

Yeah there are many alumni are at good places. Alumni meet used to held here so you will get ample opportunity to meet and to get the ideas. From the alumni. And yes you can also easily interact with senior. Because this is the college where there is no ragging as far as I have seen. This is one and only the college till in my eyes where there is 0% ragging. So yes you can easily make the bond with seniors and get benefitted.

By the entrance exam named "WBJEE" you will get this college which is one of the best private colleges in kolkata and also in Eastern Region of india after Jadavpur university. So after getting the rank under 3000-4000 only you will get the top branches that is ( CS / ECE /IT) After getting this much rank you just fill up the counselling form of wbjee then you will go under process of counselling by freezing or not accepting the as per ur wishes branch till the different round of counselling.

There are many best faculty are there. Who has done his masters from Jadavpur university, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay,. And from many more good university. So you will always benefitted from most of the faculty here. They are very supportive even. So you can say that 70-75% faculty are much good. In their field of study.
