Course Curriculum Overview
The maths hons course has diverse topics of mathematics.the focus is more on pure mathematics than applied one. I never faced heavy work load as everything was managable. The examination and practical were good and average in terms of difficulty level.
College Events
The events are the main highlights of the colleges of DU. The college have well maintained societies and unions which allow smooth organising of various events, competition and cultural festivals. Recently my college has celebrated its annual fest in which many students and even faculty members took parts in various programmes and events like edm night and concert by singer Akhil sachdeva was also organised.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible as fees are not expensive and also if any student cant afford that fees they also have the facility to the quota of EWS and also if he/she got good marks he/she will be rewarded and scholarship will be offered to him/her. I even know some of my friends who get book aid and fee exemptions based on family income and merit. Generally the fees structure varies from 9k to 13 k for different courses.

Campus Life
The College exceptional pool of extracurricular activities in which student can take part and can groom themselves as a complete personality. In my college they provide us with english and hindi debating society where people can learn debating and can improve their communication skill to a whole new level. It provides dramatics society for those who are intersted in theatre. It also have dance and fashion society where one can display his/her dancing or modelling skills.The College has NCC for defence aspirants where you learn all the basics and attend various camps organized by NCC battalion.The NSS is for those who are interested in social works.The college has no biasness towards gender, race, religion etc.It have students from every section of society.
Hostel Facilities
No hostel rooms are made available by the college. The students generally need to rent pg rooms which are built at walking distance from the college.Many students also come from border states thourough the means of local trains or interstate buses.the pg rent varies from 3 k to 10k based on the facilities and locality
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, they are helpful and needy too for juniors even I also helped juniors when they have any doubts regarding admission process, books availability or campus related questions.Even ragging is strictly prohibited inthe college campus.
Admission
Maths always fascinated me since my childhood. I loved doing problems a lot. That's why I chose maths hons over other courses. I got selection after the second cut off list was announced. I went to the college taking all necessary documents required.The officials check the documents for verification and they list the student names.
