College review for PCE, Nagpur

The college is a place where one makes maximum memories so if you love sports it is one of the best colleges in Nagpur. The academics and job opportunities can be excelled and worked on by the management.

The curriculum is quite chilled but if one pays proper attention he Or she has a lot of options to explore as there are diversified labs across college, also the library is very vast. So one will get a lot of study material.

The job opportunities were very less when we passed out. And there were a couple of big companies like L & T etc. But I was unable to attend them as was not elligible. Collabera also hired a lot of people from my college.

The Horizon is the event held by physics Department which I was incharge of during my first year. The college holds event as Vihaan by the electrical department which I was a part of. The college fests also happen for first year and other one for remaining years. 14 Feb is observed as traditional day and then college also gives farewell to the final year students.

The fee structure during my college time was around 85000 per year, which includes the tution fees, practical books and all other materials. The fee structure is neither feasible nor expensive according to the University guidelines.

The EBC scheme was there as a fee waiver for students whose family income was less than 1 lakh a year, it was being provided by government itself. As of my knowledge the college does not offer any scholarship. The loan can be availed by Allahabad bank next to college.

The college has one of the best sport grounds in University also basket ball court and volleyball can be played across. The ground is well maintained and the college of physical education has a lot of students hailing from North for the same.

I did not stay in hostel, but rented a flat with few friends. I believe it is quite easy to get a flat or PG. The average rent should land across 3000 per head. And also you can get good food around 2000 2500 per months cost.

Some seniors were really helpful in choosing a career path as there are so many options to choose in future. Also the college holds aluminium meets every year to extend the relation and is a good experience as you get to know where the college stands.

I was basically looking for some good courses which can keep my options open across public and private sector respectively so I landed into PCE where B. E in electrical offers basic knowledge of Electronics as well as Power Engineering.

The faculty is well experienced with a lot of PHD holders and have a vase experience in this field, we had one of the best staff I must say. I really miss Rahul Nagpure sir who guided us thourough a lot of things during my academics.
