My graduation journey

Very far from market area as it was just surrounded by the agricultural land. Lack of facilities and cultural events. No local transport facility. You won't find a good campus crowed. Management of college was very poor.

Course structure for computer science is simple but yes you have to go thourough lots of subjects and exams. In each semester there are two internal exams then internal practical then final practicals and at last written exams. In a year there will be 2 semester and in the duration of 4 years there will be in total 8 semesters.

During my time college didn't provide any internship. But as I heard from my juniors that at there time placement was good. Some of them placed in byjus, infosys and TCS. For internship you have to do it on your own.

Only freshers party was there and other small events like sports, quiz, debates etc held there. No big fest, where celebrities come and perform did not take place. But college always inform us about the technical events occurring in nearby colleges and promoted us to go and participate in those events.

Fee was around 86000 in rupees for an year for Academics. For Transport we have pay separately. There was hostel facility so hostel charges was also there for those who reside in the hostels. Late fee and fines were also there.

I didn't availed any of such scholarship and did not know About the loan facility provided by the college. College was not interested in providing scholarship to the student because during my period of 4 years I didnt find any student got any kind of scholarship.

To be true only computer and electronic labs look good there as they have computer in working conditions. In electrical, civil, and mechanical labs I didn't see any student performing their practical work.

My college seniors are of different university but they were very helpful in nature and we were also helpful towards our juniors. Ragging was prohibited and I personally never found someone bullying or doing ragging of someone.

I sat for the GGSIPU common entrance test for b.tech course. Every year during month of Feb March Ipu releases registration form for multiple courses. You have to register in the desired course. Then after registration you have to appear for the entrance test conducted by the Ipu. After that, counselling process starts in which you can select from the list of colleges, if your rank meets the college cut off you will get admission in that college.

At my time faculty was good. They were helpful and have good knowledge in there subjects. In my final semester college recruited the new faculty so can't say much about them. I met the HOD of the cse branch and see seems to be very helpful.
