One of the best University

No negative remarks up till now. I am studying in this college for last 10 months and I feel this is a good college. Faculty, extracurricular activities, co curricular activities, other events and also very good.

MIT has a trimester pattern. So we have exams every 3 months. We have college for at least 9 hours daily. But I can't say it's hectic as you have to attend the college if you need job in next 1 year. Since my course is MBA we get to choose our specialization and I'm happy with the things going in my college.

The placements and job opportunities are really good. Yes my college does provide internship. Some companies provide stipend some don't. But that totally depends on the company. Recently Tech Mahindra, Axis Bank, Deloitte, Flipkart had come to my college for placement.

There are various events that had been celebrated in my college. Every festival is celebrated and the participation is very good. During our annual fest, my different colleges had visited us and it was a huge success.

As my course is MBA, the fees is higher than compared to other courses. But I think it is feasible as the returns are good. You can opt for education loan if you want to but it isn't necessary according to me.

Scholarships are given only to the ones who have scored above 90 percentile in entrance exams. Also if you are a rank holder during 1st year, a certain percentage of the total fees is waived off. This is the only details I have about scholarship.

There are a lot of extracurricular activities in my college. Each month we have at least one activity in which students participate. We have our own turf in our college so that's a plus point for those who like to play football and cricket. College had also arranged a sports event on the occasion of women's day.

Since I live in the same city of my college, I haven't opted for hostel. But few of my friends live in college hostel and they said it is pretty good. Essential service like bed, separate bathourooms, food etc are provided.

Alumni and seniors are very helpful. When the college had initially started, seniors had come for an ice breaking session so that we classmates can know each other and also know more about college and the faculty.

MIT is one of the best colleges in Pune. That's one of the main reasons I joined this college. For admissions, you have to apply from their website and then group discussion and interview is conducted and accordingly students are selected

Faculty is really good and qualified. Everyone is friendly with the students and always ready to help in case we have doubts. During lectures, if a student has any problem in understanding the topic, the faculty personally helps them to get it resolved.
