College with good values

College management is very nice. More focus on practical implication needed to be given.

Course curriculum is proper. Faculties are very much dedicated. A lot of opportunities are given for student to score more. Unlike other colleges our college has 3 exam per SEM. So students can cover up the burden of score in any of the exams. This helps to cope up with the subject and thereby develop a interest in it. Faculties always urge a practical approach and are focused on involving us in the subject so it helps a lot.

Don't have much idea. But compared to other colleges in thecentral region this college has a better placement record.

Departmental Gathering : it's special event for first years. It's a 3 day event and helps to acquaint students with their departments, the students in their department, the seniors and the faculty. Aarohi : it's the cultural fest of Vnit. It consists many pro shows which are at a very good level. Institute Gathering : it's a inter department competition including sports, dance literally every thing you could think. Axis : it's the techfest of Vnit

It's was based on my category and it was by the government of Maharashtra state. I was given scholarship.

Gender ratio in Engineering colleges is normally very less. But recent gender ratio in VNIT is also very good. Lab and sports facilities are also awesome. There are various clubs for street play, dramatics, astronomy, debate, robotics, car designing, photography in the college.

Alumni network is very large and very helpful. Alumni network is very active. Alumnis are constantly working for the betterment of their college.

I got admission thourough the JEE Main. The results were announced in January and April. Admission process began in may. Classes commenced from 22nd July 2019. Admission process was basically a cap round where we had to fill in our choices of college as per our performance and previous year cutoffs. After that there were 7 cap rounds and the branches or colleges were alloted as per our order of preference.

No of lectures held are appropriate and enough to help a student. Average age is about 45 and there are many young faculties at the same time a lot of experienced faculties. A striking factor is that each experienced faculty has a group of young teachers under him. So modern and old method of teaching both work in harmony.
