IT Department of Zeal College of Engineering and Research is a place where you find an amalgamation of learning, fun, culture, literature and many such life preaching activities. Students admitted here not only belong to high merit lists only but also vastly talented in sports, cultural, drama, and many more fields. It's a complete mixture of the studious, sporty, cultural public. The best in subject will be learnt during academics at the department of IT of Zeal College. The curriculum is designed by considering Industry requirements and as per guidelines of SPPU.

Many placement activities are organized by the Department of Information Technology in coordination with the central placement cell. Some to enlist are guest lectures, soft skill training, aptitude training to enhance students the knowledge and make them capable as industry-ready product. This year's placement percentage is 70, as many students got an opportunity to be a part of some of the leading MNC of INDIA.

Zeal college celebrates many events like dandiya nights, Chatrapati SHIVAJI MAHARAJ Jayanti with full excitement. Also, the different days are also celebrated like - chocolate day, rose day, Mismatch day and traditional day. Independence Day and Republic day are celebrated with some different and exciting ways.

For OBC student fee are around 53000 per year. And for open category its 92000 per year. There is no additional charges had to pay to secure admission to course. College Fees can be submitted through different ways as you can pay via Deemand Draft, NEFT, RTGS.

I have opted for the scholarship, the college will avail it through the online process. I have to fill the form first online and then a copy of that form need to submit in scholarship section within given dates.

The IT department has established many excellence centres such as DellEMC, Microsoft Imagine Academy, RedHat centre, Software Development and Testing Laboratory to give it's a student an extra edge amongst all others. For extracurricular different competitions like Project presentation are conducted.

Seniors give us lot of information regarding the events and competitions to conduct at the departmental level. Sometimes the department conducts a special lecture with alumni regarding the placements and life after the college completion.

I got admission through CAP process after completing the diploma. I heard a lot about college conducting extracurricular activities, events, and competitions.
