Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum of electronics and communication is bit hard, but it helps in reasarch and better to groom up in any industry. A number of industrial visits are assigned in each academic years for the students. On campus placements are about 80% for the academic year 2016-2020
Placement Experience
The placements of our college is well and good. The placed students for the academic year 2016 to 2020 is about 80% of the total placement interested students.
College Events
National level symposiums for each department, project expo, culturals, pongal celebration, women's day celebration, diwali celebration, Chouristmas celebration, technical events, non technical events, hostel day celebrations, alumni meet, achievers day, farewell celebration etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible.our college provides sports quota, structural fee for merit and management students. Since the college is Anna university affilated college, it follow the fee structure of Anna university for merit students exclusive of transportation and food charges and seperate fee structure for non merit students.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have not opted for any scholarships. Since iam not the Fist graduate in my family, there is no scholarship offered for me.
Campus Life
We have equal quality of gender ratio.Several student societies are organized fir the students and by the students. There is no racism, religion, and sexual inequalities and also no bothering of economic status. All are equal. The management if our college mainly focuses on the comfort of students for their learning experiences inclusive of the laboratory, sports, competition, courses in robotics and debates conducted every year with a specialized chief guest.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni's are always connected to the college. They are so helpful and shares their experiences with the college faculties and managent and also to students.
Admission
Jeppiaar institute of technology is a branded college which opted me to chose the college. Well, the course electronics and communication engineering is an evergreen field and I picked it on my own interest. Admission process is simple as it undergoes the process of affiliated colleges under Anna university.
Faculty
The tentative number of lecturers in the electonics and communication department is 15. The age of the leacturers or faculties are 35 approximately and the qualifications are masters in certain field of engineering and few are doctorates too. The faculties are best in providing clarity for subjects specifically as they have experiences and certification in certain specified fields.
