Me and My College

The college is good but the conditions of hostels are very bad. And one thing, the teachers sometime goes so deep that they slows the speed and atlast syallabus remains incomplete and they extra classes to complete it. Teachers are the last word in my College, and no student can't argue or they deduct attendance or cut internal marks. ( This is applicable for only Gwalior Campus).

The syallabus is made specially for bringing out a tourism professional in you. The curriculum is very practical and full of exposure. The whole course is divided into 4 semesters and 1 semester is little bit theoretical but other semester is full of practical driven subjects and their is a study tour during 2nd semester to get more exposure and after completing the semester there is industrial training to get more exposure and getting more professional. The teachers are very practical driven and they sends the student to many touristic places to know more about our culture and help the student to get knowledge.

The placement is very good in this institutions, with 100% placement in the year 2019-20. This year over 25 companies came for campus placement which includes many high level companies like Balmer Lawrie, La passage to India, Indebo, Royal Caribbean Cruise and for overseas placement Sadguru Travels came for placement.

All kind of festival is celebrated over here but the world tourism day is celebrated the most. They have their own annual function that are celebrated for more than 2 days and published in newspaper about it. The took the students for Swach Bharat Campaigns. We get more exposure from the evets.

It's feasible according to other management degrees. Fees is approximately 4,00,000 in 2 years. Fees are needed to be paid thourough NEFT. Institution is very transparent about their fees, a letter comes to home which includes all the fees structure before taking admission.

Yes the college have scholarship facilities and one with minority certificate can avail this facilities.

The life in campus is very amazing, the campus is big and full of greenery and many small animals and birds can be found. You can notice peacock in the campus. Students from round the country comes and studies over here, anyone who loves cross-culture, it's a good place for them. It's a Co-ed institute, with many sports facilities and other things for activities.

I took admission in the Gwalior campus and I live in hostel. The hostel conditions is very pathetic, their is no maintenance and the food is also not good. They says their is WiFi facility is hostel but till date, after giving complaint they didn't repaired it. It looks like freaking ghost house.

It's this institution we have a strong alumni, who helps us in ever aspects and never leaves us alone, even during job they keeps contact and help us to grow in our career and shows us the opportunity.

I opted this course because I did my graduation from an IHM where tourism is a vital part of our studies, so I want to continue my higher education in Tourism that is why I ended up here for a bright career in tourism. Steps followed for admission are: 1. Apply for the entrance exam that occurs during the months April- May. Application form are released during the month of March- April of each year. 2. After giving the entrance exam at their due time, results are released within a month and a merit list comes out with respective rank. 3. After the ranking, respective person goes for an interview which carries approximately 25% of the total marks. Interview process happens in respect IITTM campuses. 4. During the interview process, they ask for students preference of their preferred college. 5. After Interview the first list comes of the colleges, with the student names on it. * Their are 4 campuses in this country i.e, Gwalior, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Nellore.

The facilities are very professional and if qualifications are considered many facilities are doctorates and every teachers holds a PHD. Degree in tourism. It is compulsory to get a PHD degree for becoming a faculty in our college. They are very friendly and Average age of the facilities is 35-37 years. They get many projects thourough the Ministry of Tourism, that makes them one of the top tourism professionals. We had our class timing for 9.45 A.M to 4 or 5 P.M depending upon number of classes. There are approximately 5-6 classes in each day. There are many special lecture and many guest facilities comes to share their experiences.
