In a year it completes two semester.in every 4 weeks during semester it conduct a test it also called cat and also give assignments and give projects and all their marks are added to final exam.after that it conduct the final exam and it gives sufficient time for each subject.it also added subject on humanity and environment like ethics and values and environmental science

Placement Experience

There are many it companies and core companies comes for placement like Tata,mahendra,vipro etc.students above the 6 gpa are able to sit for placement.

Technovit for technical,vibrance for fest.all these technical,cultural and management festival are celebrated up to maximum thouree days.different experts and celebrity comes all these festival and share their experiences and enjoyed the students.different competition are held in these festival

My tution fees is one lakh ninty five thousand and the mode of payment in vit chennai by two methods.first is online mode-credit card/debit card/net banking and the second method is offline mode-Demand draft.No there is no external charges in Vellore institute of technology

Gender ratio between girls and boys is 6:4.workshop is there.displine is very good in vellore institute of technology college and all students follows the rules.No politics is going in our Vellore institute of technology. The environment is very good in our college.

Yes I take a hostel in vit chennai.the hostel rooms are very good and all the facilities are available in hostel rooms.it provide all facilities as students needed for study.in here all students easily get hostel rooms

Admission

After clearing the vit entrance exam I got the admission in vit chennai and after that I select a mechanical branch because I am very interested in automobile and also I like classical physics.I select vit college because it has very good rank in India.

Faculty

In vit college all the faculty members are highly educated.they clear the doubts of each and every student.mostly all the faculty members have above 30 years.in each subject the vit arranges industrial visit and also arrange industrial expert to meet the students.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
