Course Curriculum Overview
As the college is accredited grade A by NAAC 2017-18. I can say it is above rest of the college out there in the same state. And the college is autonomous so the decision for the entire syllabus and exam strategy are are students friendly. It is affiliated to Dibrugarh University but almost all the functioning is independent which capable smooth run of the institution.
Placement Experience
Each year company like TCS, Mohendra offer jobs for the student which are in the final year of graduation. They take entrance exam written test and Viva and marit list.

1. College weeks(annual sport) 2. Field Study, Excursion 3. Sometime special program with the faculty guest from different University like Tezpur University, Guwahati University, Delhi University etc. 4. Regional Festival like bohag Bihu, Magh Bihu and Kati Bihu function are held. And many more
Fee Structure And Facilities
In our time there was annual admission fees around Rs5000 and Form fill up fees around Rs1500 for each semester for 6 times. In addition to it separate books have to be buy yourself. But later on state government announce the free book supply and free admission.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes there are different types of scholarship. 1. General scholarship, all students can apply this via online 2. Category wise SC, ST, OBC scholarship, this is also online. 3. For outstanding performance in the academic, there are also cash prizes in the respective department
Campus Life
Girls are less compare to boys. Do t know the exact figure. It may be around 900 girls per 1000 boys. In physics department there are only 7 girls and 45 boys. But the figure other departments are no similar girls are more and boys are less. There is no controversy regarding religion. You can see Hindu, Chouristian, Muslin, etc. Major language is Assamese everyone is comportable with it.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility are not available for all undergraduate students. You can avail it if percentage is more or in the marit list. At the time admission form fill up you can opt the hostel seat and on the basis of marit list base on percentage of previous years.
Alumni/Alumna
As our institution provides degree course only upto graduation, particularly in our physics department. We and seniors discussed about entrance exam for Post Graduate, JRF, etc.
Admission
1. You can visit the college and bring prospectus inside which there is a form for admission. Apply the offline form which you can get in the institution. 2. On the basis of marit list base on percentage of last exams, seats are allocated. 3. Once the marit list is out in the notice board one can check it and on the same date admission process may be called which will be notified by the institution.
Faculty
In our physics department there are seven faculties which is sufficient to cover syllabus of the course and most of them hold Ph.D. degree. Average age may be around 40-45 years. They are all students friendly and hard-working and give their best efforts.
