The college and its faculties are very good who helped me to make my life successful.

Our college is an autonomous institution under MAKAUT. Our college arranges the subjects according to the best-suited manner so that it can be easy to study consecutively and we can understand better. Apart from the end semester exam, there are 2 slot tests and several class tests which helps us to prepare ourselves for the end sem exam. The faculties also shows us the relevant lab instruments so that we can easily relate our theoretical knowledge to the reality.

The placement has several steps like aptitude test, group discussions, personal interviews and HR round. Our training and placement cell gives us extra training from 3rd year to hone our aptitude and communication skills and make us industry ready. Above 70% students got placed in Pinnacle, Accenture, Youngman India, Qualcomm, A B Polypacks and various other companies. They also gave us multiple opportunities to participate in the off-campus drives.

The biggest event in our department is Biswakarma puja. Our department hosts it and there is also arrangements for prasad at lunch. We all participate in different arrangements and it is all fun. All years students work together. Teacher's day celebration is also very grand. Our cultural fest Navodaya and tech fest Kritanj gives us the platform to show our unique skills and innovative ideas.

The fee structure is very transparent. At the time of admission, a student needs to deposit approximately 85000 rs which includes 1st sem fees, exam fees, book bank, uniform and all miscellaneous fees. At other sem, the fees are approximately 45000 rs. There are a demand draft and online payment facilities. The student has to pay hostel fees separately.

No, I have not applied for any education loan or scholarship. But anyone can get the loan from the bank showing the proof of study.

The college days are the most memorable days of my life. In our department, 2 girls and 66 boys as girls don't show interest in mechanical engineering. There are students from various districts from West Bengal and also from other states like Bihar, Jharkhand, Gujrat, UP etc. Various sorts and gaming competition are held at different times.

Yes, our seniors are quite helpful. They give us important notes, books and valuable advice. They also give us an idea how to prepare ourselves for interviews.

The reason that I chose this institute is because of its caring faculties. One of my senior who passed out also suggested this college. The location of this institution is near the bus stand and railway station at Agarpara. The infrastructure and other facilities also was satisfactory. As for the stream I chose ME because of my dream to become a mechanical Engineer.

The teaching procedure of our faculties is quite friendly and they give keen attention to the good development of every student. The classrooms are also well equipped with projectors and the laboratories are equipped with advanced machines .we have fluid power control and CNC robotics lab in our department.
