The only thing college is very particular about is Attendance as SPPU requires 75% attendance min per semester. Other than that the college management staff is very helpful. Faculties are also very approachable and help you in way possible.

The course curriculum is more theory-based than practical. But my college takes effort to make sure we are ready with the latest trends and technology by giving us training in relevant courses. ZCOER T&P department helps us in learning new skills that make us better professional.

The department of IT has organised many placement drives this year in coordination with the central placement cell. Central Placement Cells have special facilities for soft skill training and aptitude training, life skill teaching and assessment is strictly observed by the head and the respective faculty members. This year's placement percentage is good as many students got an opportunity to be a part of some of the leading MNCs of India.

IT Department of ZCOER is a place where you find an amalgamation of learning, fun, culture, lore, literature and many such life preaching activities. Students here are vastly talented in sports, cultural, drama and many more fields. It's a complete mixture of the studious-sporty-cultural public.

The fees are almost the same as many other engineering colleges. The college accepts fees in the form of cheques or online payment to the College bank account. Cash payment of a large sum is not permitted. you have to pay a probationary fee at the start of the year while submitting your admission form for that year, the rest amount is to be paid before the given deadline.

The college provides government scholarships like EBC etc. Application forms for the same can be taken for college office. Also, students are kept updated on the dates for submitting such an application. Regular reminders are sent to the student who wants to apply.

ZCOER organizes various events and competitions for students. Campus life is a bit laid back. The institute has its own ground where students play Cricket, football etc. Auditorium having 700 students seating capacity, Zeal Cultural Club which includes Zeal music studio, photo studio, dance studio, drama theatre, central library with over 1000s of books in it and central workshop.

At the start of every year, Fresher have Alumni meets where they can interact with seniors and alumni's alike and get an insight about the future after graduation and some much-needed advice.

I applied through a Common Application Platform. It is a Centralized Admission Portal for every College under Pune University. Here you apply and give college preferences. Then afterwards there are merit rounds and you get the name of the college you are accepted in.

The ZCOER organizes faculty development programs to improve the performance of faculty members in education, administration as well as augmenting organizational capacities and culture. Such FDP's help the faculty members to integrate technology into their teaching which is important for shaping the career of engineering student's in every way.
