One of the Best College in Bangalore for Engineering

It is one of the greatest colleges in Bangalore with very knowledgeable professors. It has a great life inside the college environment and hostel. The college has good placement cells too.

We had the VTU syllabus, however, our professors tried to make it even more interesting with teaching us the practical approaches and applications. We had our final year projects and seminar with technologies such as Cloud Computing and Data Mining which were still developing technologies in the IT market during then.

I was graduated in the year 2010 and that is when the IT market was backing up from the 2008 recession. Even then we had multiple companies visited our colleges such as Accenture, Infosys, Genesys etc. The college has a dedicated placement cell and you will be guided throughout for the placement process. You will be given the required training as well.

You will have a branch fest every year and then you will have multiple technical events. Apart from that the college annual fest Anadyanta is one of the greatest. There are multiple sports and cultural events as well. You will get to participate in other college fests. In the Hostel, you will have yearly Fest and almost all Indian festivals are celebrated too.

I entered through Karnataka CET free seat, hence the fee structure was less expensive - 18K per year. Apart from that, I had to pay Hostel fees and transportation changes. There were Mess fees as well. All these were managed with Rs.4L of an educational loan.

I did not opt for any scholarship in the college.

The college has a lively environment and has a good Gender ratio. It has students from multiple diversity and geo. The college has a wide variety of sports and cultural fests along with technical fests. Almost all festivals are celebrated in the college Hostel along with the National festivals. It has a great environment.

The hostel is well equipped with all the necessary facilities. That is an inhouse college hostel which is located in College campus itself. They have the Hostel mess which provides the 4 times food. There are many paid options as well in the college canteen. The life in the hostel was awesome.

There is a great Alumni network with a Facebook page as well as alumni portals. You get great information about the job openings and multiple other things happening around the world from your alumni.

I got the admission through Karnataka CET. I have had heard good reviews from my neighbours about this college as well as college hostel and hence I opted for this college. The admission process was quite easy for both colleges as well as the hostel.

They are one among the great that you find in Engineering colleges. You will get to learn every aspect of any concept starting from the basics. They would guide and encourage you in learning newer technologies and practical applications of the same. You will be industry-ready when you are done with your course.
