College management was too good and they didnt run the college for profit motive.
Course Curriculum Overview
We had a chance to do summer project in under-graduation itself. We are asked to prepare a project report and we are assessed by a viva-voce. This is one of the subject in our final semester.
Internships Opportunities
However we never got any stipend during our internship.
Placement Experience
During 1999 placement is not given major importance. We hardly heard about placements. However the students are matured enough to find a job for themselves.
College Events
Every year they conduct college culturals. Also Ph.D seminars and viva-voce are conducted in our college auditorium.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it was a Government aided college the fees was very less. The college mainly attracted and catered the middle and lower income groups in the society.
Fees and Financial Aid
Government scholarships were given to BC,MBC,SC,ST students. Since the fees was too low there was no need to think about applying for loans.
Campus Life
Campus life was very enjoyable. Sports was given importance and priority. As it was a gents college you cant find women students. We had adequate labs and required staffs to guide.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities were very bad as there is no maintenance done. Mess food was too good and the price was very nominal.
Alumni/Alumna
Most of the alumnis of our college are well settled. They were able to reach highest places in the society be at work or at politics etc. Seniors have contributed in spreading the fame of the college.
Exam Structure
The exam structure was not very hectic as it was a non-semester pattern. We had enough time to learn a subject in detail and without undue pressure.
Faculty
The faculty in our college are very experienced. They are very good and they ensure the student gains knowledge by attending their lectures. Also many of them are highly qualified too.
