Overall, i could say that it is a very nice college to be chosen for pursuing any course. The Management Staffs are also very much supportive. We have stationaries and cheap stores on our campus where every book, copy or any other items are available at a very low price. We dont need to go outside for these purposes.

The Course Curriculum is very well planned and is being properly followed. The faculties keep stuck to the curriculum and smoothly brief the students throughout the course. They also keep us motivated towards the on-campus placements and teach us the strategies that we should develop to get placed in a reputed organization.

The Placement of our college is very good. Many good recruiters come to hire the students. The placement in CSE/IT is really very good and almost all the students get placed well, though i am a CSE- Student. But, in our College, almost every branch has good placement records and is getting better rapidly.

In our College, many events are celebrated very frequently, be it Technical, Cultural, or any other. We celebrate 1-2 Tech Fest every year which has several competitions and events in which students from many colleges of Kolkata are involved. Also, many cultural events are celebrated which includes Dance, Singing, Ramp Walk, and many more events. Apart from it, we celebrate events like Science Day involving lots of participants.

The fee structure of our college is very genuine as compared to other private universities in India which charge a huge amount of fee just to pretend to be a reputed institution. But here, in our college, the fee is nominal in accordance with the facilities provided.

No, i didn't opt for any education loan. But, our college provides education loans to the students who need it. A few of my friends opted for it and it was quite an easy process.

Campus Life is very interesting here in GNIT. We come across many students from various streams and courses. Many students are from different states studying in our College. The Boys to Girl ratio in our campus is 60:40 most probably. We have many laboratories for each department in our campus which are clean and well maintained.

The Hostel facility here is good but not great. We are provided with every basic amenities like Wi-Fi, Water Purifier, Security Guards. There is an option for single sharing, double sharing, triple sharing rooms. Each student is provided with a bed, study table, power supply, Chair, etc. We get our meals four times a day in the canteen. The canteen is regularly cleaned and sanitized.

Yes, the seniors are very much helpful and supportive. They motivate us towards achieving success and also help us with anything we need whenever and wherever required.

I got admission in this institution through WBJEE-2019. I opted for this college in WBJEE Counselling in accordance with my rank and luckily i was allotted Computer Science which i always wanted. After giving many examinations like COMEDK, MHT-CET, and other states CET and even attending their respective counsellings, i didn't like the teaching-learning process very much. Almost every private universities emphasize mainly on fees and infrastructure kinda stuffs but in our College, the faculties put major stress on the overall development of students which is appreciable.

The faculties are really very qualified and knowledgeable. But most importantly, they teach very well keeping in mind the level of students and the difficulties we could face in the topics. They try their best to make the concepts clear to each and every student. They interact with each and every student in the classroom and are well familiar with their performance. Our faculties possess many qualifications like Ph.D., M.Tech, etc from prestigious institutions.
