This college is affiliated to University of Delhi and no entrance test is needed to opt for this college. The college takes admission on the basis of Merit that is your marks scored in your class XII board exams.
Course Curriculum Overview
Even being a college of Delhi University the faculty is just too good. The teachers are very helpful and understanding. They will help you even you go to them personally. As new scheme of CHOICE BASED CREDIT SYSTEM (CBCS) has been initiated in Delhi University, so I would say that course curriculum is somewhat tough.

B.COM(P) is not a course where you can get internship easily. People have a review that B.COM (P) is almost equal to B.A. (P), so internship with B.COM and Ist year is a tough thing.

Hostel Facilities
Very less colleges of University of Delhi have hostel facilities. Swami Shraddhanand college is not one of those. But yes PG's are very easily available in nearby areas at cheap rates. Being affiliated to University of Delhi the college fees is very less as compared to private colleges. The fees for B.Com is Rs. 8470 only. The college canteen is not too good. The old campus even doesn't have good food items. But yes new campus canteen is better.
Alumni/Alumna
University of delhi takes very strict actions against any case of ragging in any college and in any form. So the cases of ragging are null some seniors are good and guide you rightly where as some senior's guidance can make you throw out of college.
