Management is quite professional and student friendly. Also I must say that it is very efficient and helps keep the reputation of the college intact.

CET. This is a common entrance test conducted for People residing in Karnataka only for Engineering, Medical, Dental and few more professional courses. The rank would be given considering 50% each of our 2nd PU (12th standard) and CET scores. According to ranks, counselling was held online and I got this college allotted among the options I had submitted.

The very term Engineering says it all. Specially talking about Civil Engineering, being a girl, I find it very interesting. It's all about concepts and you don't need to sit in front of a system for hours together which is the best part for me. It lets you show your creative side which is a plus point.

No company's visit my college to offer internship. But then our faculty members help us get internships from well known companies like Sobha and Prestige (for Civil students). But then we are not paid any stipend for these internships as we do it for a month only during our semester breaks.

Placement is quite good in my college specially for software people. Every year around 80-90% students are placed. Companies from Mercedes to Infosys to IBM to NOKIA to Bosch to HP TO Sobha to Goldmansachs to MUSigma visit my campus and offer packages up to 12lpa.

We have our yearly engineering fest by name FURORE which is held in the month of April usually. It's a 3 day cultural fest which ends with a DJ night by world renowned artists. Apart from this every department have their technical fests. Not to forget the my college hosts the V fest - Karnataka every year.

For CET students it's around 60k yearly. For COMEDK students, it's around 1.5 lakhs yearly and management students have to pay some huge amount at the first year and later pay the same as COMEDK students.

Not sure. But then the Karnataka Government provides a number of scholarships for students pursuing professional courses. As far as I know, there is a tuition fee waiver for students scoring above 80%.

U name it and DSI provides it. It's the best in the city. We have separate hostels to boys and girls. Also one each for national and international students to avoid any sort of communal disturbance in the campus. The gender ratio is more or less equal. And since different areas of study like Commerce, Engineering, Dental science, etc are in the same campus, we can see harmony among all.

It is the best among all college in Bangalore. We have 3 canteens inside our campus Apart from Coffee Day and Cuppa outlets.

Very friendly. Ragging is banned in the campus. The bridge between juniors and seniors are filled in by freshers party and farewell parties and a number of department activities. We have department sports day as well which helps the juniors and seniors to bond well.

We have 3 internal assessments for theory subjects and 1 for labs. The sem end exam 'll be conducted by VTU since the college is affliated to VTU.

They are very friendly and supportive. But when it comes to attendance and stuff, rules are quite strict. They are approachable any time and help us innovate ourselves. Also, they motivate us to dream big and work towards it.
