The course is of four years which is further divided into semesters. The course is very vast so sometimes it becomes very difficult manage all the physical training and the course books with everything else at the same time.

Placement Experience

As this is one of the most prestigious course so the job is also one of the most prestigious. The college provides the on campus interviews for jobs and internships at different companies. These company interviews are very hard and you have to give your 100% to these interviews to crack them.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Looking at the course the it can be said that it is a bit expensive but the course is totally worth it. As there are two semesters in a single year you will have to pay the fees semester vise, for every semester you will have to pay 1,00,000/ IN.R. and 25,000/ IN.R. extra for other expenses of the university and facilities. So in total you will have to pay 2,25,000/ IN.R. per year for four years and the whole course fees will be 9,00,000/ IN.R.

Fees and Financial Aid

The banks provides the facility of the loans for the students who wish for this course. but it will be preferred by the students to apply for different merit scholarships provided b the college and the government.

Campus Life

The course is not only about the text books or theory, physical hard work and mental capabilities also play a huge role in the lives of marines so the extracurricular activities are of great importance in this college. Different sports events are organised yearly, apart from that labs are high tech with advance equipment with the the updated syllabus the learning experience also increases with enjoyment.

Admission

To get the admission eligibility criteria is to have 50% marks in English in classes 10 and 10+2 and 60% marks in class 10+2 with PCM stream. The admission guidelines is to qualify Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) which is organised by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and after that Interview or counselling.

The faculty is one of the most prestigious people of the navy, with their highly trained skills and dominating presence. I highly admired my teachers as I wanted to where they stood themselves.Their guidance meant a lot to me and other students.

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

Best in the neighborhood, convenient to reach , easily accessible for all the student's , good faculty and good quality of education, amenities available are great along with the essential facilities.
