Course Curriculum Overview

The three year course is divided into six semesters. It involves the fundamentals of Clinical Research and Pharmacology. It also teaches healthcare management and quality assessment along with fieldwork and practical experience.

Placement Experience

There are great placement opportunities as the college has ties with good pharma companies and hospitals. Several of the alumni are now employed at top healthcare centers and pharmaceutical companies. We also have internships included in our course curriculum in good companies that provide industry exposure to us.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course fee is 3,45,000 rupees for the entire course. It is feasible considering the level of the program and the advanced study and practical knowledge provided to the students. Also ICRI is one of the top institutes in the country.

Campus Life

There are many extracurricular activities that the students can indulge in. This involves sports events, workshops, cultural events and other events conducted by the college and the student association. The labs are very well equipped and in excellent condition.

Hostel Facilities

I have not opted for hostel but from what I've heard from my friends who are resident there, the hostels are in excellent condition with all the amenities and good amount of space. The foos provided is also very good and hygienic.

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors are very supportive and help us out with a lot of things. They are very engaging and friendly towards us. The alumni network is also very good and they help us with internships and job opportunities.

Admission

The admission process in ICRI is merit based. After my 12th I applied at the college. The applications were screened on the basis of merit and then called in for group discussion and a personal interview after which the selection was made.

Faculty

The faculty of our college is very qualified and experienced. The faculty involves doctors, scholars, researchers and individuals with experience in the field. They are very supportive towards us and provide us with quality education.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

Placement Experience:

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Why you should join SST

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it was very curriculum heavy meaning the cirriculum was very good . the girls to boys ratio here is 1 : 8 . but this year only 200 peopel were selected out of 200. they are industry tech experts. they are passable

Do it for yourself

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to go into it field. The faculty is good here nothing to improve about that and the student ratio is 5:3. Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
