Course Curriculum Overview
I Graduated from St. Xaviers College. It is a very good College, it taught me about studies, people. The college is very strict about attendance and decorum. The quality of teaching is Best. Another good thing about college is that it has Credit System. Basically, we have to do social work. It also has huge Computer Labs for every department. Cultural Fest and academic competition usually happen monthly.
Placement Experience
The placement cell is not very old but it is quite active and effective. Almost 90% of the students get placed from the campus. During the course, the department provides regular sessions of GDPI mocks and a practice session for personality development. And that nurtures the skills resulting in the students clearing the placements. almost 50 companies visit the campus. Several big and renowned companies like Godrej, Indigo, ICICI Bank, Wipro, Infosys, British Telecom etc are active recruiters. The package jumps up to 3 lacs a year.
College Events
The most famous among the said program is the XAVIER UTSAV. In maximum events, the guests are from Bollywood, social activists, and poets. Every year in the month of February the Xavier fest is organized and various activities are performed eg nukkad plays, dance, and drama. The Xavier Utsav is followed by the convocation ceremony.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible, fee is not expensive in our college,all cousres are different fee structures. And college take one time payment I think this is the best.And those who will not be able toh pay one time payment college also provided they can pay in installment.
Hostel Facilities
They offer hostel facilities only to the boys. They have two buildings inside the college campus which is solely built for the residential purpose. And since I am a girl therefore I cannot say much about the other facilities that they provide.
Admission
After my 12th, I filled Online Application Form for St. Xaviers College Ranchi in B.com Hons Department, after that, I gave an entrance exam which was held at end of May 2014, then I got selected in Entrance Exam in 2nd list. I took Admission to St Xavier's College.
Faculty
College faculty is very good with all other faculty members and materials in available in the college we have the lab facility we have drinking water we have the canteen we have the bookstalls library clear clean and clear washrooms. All Professors are UGC NET cleared and maximum Professors having their P.hd Degrees.
