Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good. Both the practical and theoretical part of the course is taken care of by the faculty of JIMS.

Placement Experience

The college has a good placement record. The teachers are very helpful in grooming the students for their interviews. Many known companies come for hiring students not just for the jobs but also for summer internships. Companies like Berger, Asian Paints, Deloitte, NESTLE, CBRE, BYJUS, LG, Jindal group and many more come for internship and placement.

College Events

JIMS not only focuses on academics but also on extra- curriculum activities. Activities like- ZEST, the culture fest of JIMS, Markathon, Bollywood night, inter and intra colloge competitions.

Hostel Facilities

College does not have a hostel yet but they provide a list of good and affordable pgs near the college itself. Rent includes food and general electricity and gives you good experience like home.

Admission

I got admission through my MAT score and by cracking the interview. Admission process of the college is as follows: 50% marks in graduation in any discipline. (Students appearing in final year examination are also eligible). Valid Exam Score (MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA). MAT /ATMA/XAT – 500 Composite Score or equivalent. CAT – 60 Percentile

Faculty

The faculty of JIMS are highly experienced. They are very supportive and aims for the betterment of the students. They provide practical knowledge through case studies and industrial visits. Everybody in JIMS believes in theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Placement Experience:

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

I hdd 90.89 percentile in my CAT 2024 and 93.18 percentile in XAT 2025. These are very good scores and make a candidate like me eligible for top B-schools. I converted a lot of B-schools but around the time of admission I struggled with a few medical reasons and the fact that most of the B-schools were very expensive. JIMS Kalkajii has a collaboration with GTB and was offering me a 50% scholarship which is why I chose this college. Truth about jims kalkaji

The eligibility of the course is to have 50% minimum marks in your undergraduate. The application form, fees, and any other information regarding admission are available on thier admission portal.
