My experience at Amity

The college is overall nice. They have great exposure to academic as well as nonacademic activities. The children are made to learn new things. The faculties are really knowledgeable and helpful. They always support new ideas

The course structure is well-defined and up to the mark. There is a continuous flow of assignments and tests in order to check the progress of their students. The doubts classes also take place regularly for weak students.

Some of the events are : Sangathan: An annual sports event celebrated all over the amity among the various departments. It is a combination of Outdoor as well as Indoor sports along with a cultural program. Saavan Utsav: This event is organised to mark the beginning of the monsoon. Various departments come and perform in this. Women's Day celebration is done every year. Amiphoria: The biggest cultural fest of the U.P. is celebrated in the month of February. There is a lot of fun and participation from students of various colleges all over U.P. There are various sponsors and great stage events.

They also offer scholarships and compensations for students having a low family income. They support weaker students as well. As per the facilities, the fees is affordable and fine. Students also get various academic scholarships also.

No I have not opted for a hostel facility as I am a locality. But my friends who have opted tell me that there are NO AC hostels. The food is OK. Otherwise, the hostel is very safe and good. The warden is also very helpful.

The Alumni meet are held every year. The senior students are also called for orientations and various other events to share their working experiences. They are really helpful as they tell us where they are and how they got there. They help us gain knowledge about various job Opportunities

Interested candidates can apply online with the required information. Eligible candidates need to appear for the English essay writing test conducted by the University. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interviews based on performance in group discussions. Candidates are selected based on the score in graduation, written test and performance in a personal interviews.

The teachers are highly educated and help the students a lot. There are assessments done on a regular basis and concepts are understood. The teachers provide the references notes and books to the students.
