Course Curriculum Overview
Course Structure is at par. The course curriculum is chilled, not very hectic. The exams are conducted three times in a semester. The labs are scheduled every week and laboratory exams are conducted twice in a semester.
Placement Experience
The placement cell is very active of our college. Almost all the final year students get placed in good companies before the end of their term. There are a few internship opportunities as well. Students can pursue research study under any professor as well.
College Events
There are two sports fest, intra house URJA and inter college TWARAN. The technical fest is called INFOTSAV. And cultural fest is know by the name of AURORA. All the fests attract huge gathering from all over the country.
Fees and Financial Aid
College provides concession to the students belonging to financially weak families. One of my friends has availed that facility. The students are very well supported as they are provided with booms from the library as well.
Hostel Facilities
Since the college was contructed in 1997, it is relatively new and has a brilliant infrastructure. The hostel rooms are double sharing in first year and single from second year onwards. The cost of hostel fees is 11k per semester.
Admission
The mode of admission is through JEE Mains entrance exams. JoSAA organises the counselling. Based on ranks in entrance, cut offs are declared for each college. I chose this course because of dual degree.
Faculty
This is the only institute in India where every faculty has a Doctorate degree with them. The faculties are highly learned in their respective fields. The faculties are really helpful and kind. They mentor you as well in any field of your choice.
