My Review

I am passed out from KIIT School of Rural Management with an MBA, KIIT University this year (2018-20). I had chosen KSRM because I was looking for a University, which should be in top-ranked position, and KSRM is one of the best institutions in India in Rural Management education. It also has a 2-year residential MBA-Agribusiness Management Programme. MBA in Rural Management has wide scope like healthcare, livelihoods, CSR, banks, agribusiness and many more.

We get 3 internships here, which is the unique part of this school, which you will not find in any other school. These 3 internships helped us to know much more about the field and our desired knowledge area. This also helped us in our placements. We have a very good bond and relationship with the organisations where we do our internships. Every student gets their desired sector of organisation, which enhances our knowledge.

Before campus placement we have get lots of opportunities to shape our skills and knowledge. Faculties give their best to do our best in the interview process. Regular mock GD and PI classes by highly skilled professionals from outside helps us to do excellence in our placements. We have also strong alumni, who help us in every step of our placement process.

We do so many events like Conclave, annual fest, National level seminars. Sangati and Arohan are the main cultural events we observe. Apart from this we too participate in KIIT fest, seminar in Other schools in KIIT University.

As its a full time residential course, so you have to stay in the hostel which is just backside to the college building. Hostel is quite good with having all the facilities like hot and cold safe drinking water, 24 hr electricity and WiFi facility, laundry, 24 hr security and many more. Canteen is inside the hostel, which provides best quality of food (4 times a day) and food menu changes regularly as per the students choice. Apart from this every hostel has sports facilities, where students can utilize their free time. Gym and swimming pool also available to every students which is inside the hostel campus.

The process is very transparent and is well structured. After completing the online examination and if you are selected for the next round, you have to face 2 processes i.e. GD and PI. The coordinator are very Friendly. GD process is very similar to other big MBA colleges and PI too. But if you have the quality of knowledge and skills, you can do it.
