Remarks
The college is good but the campus can be more better. The teachers and staff is also nice. The placements are also nice. The location is bit a problem as it is in a remote area as the transportation is bit hectic.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is based on pune University. Exams are held thrice in a semester in which 2 of them are online exams and one the theory exam. Sometimes both the online exams are held combined. I. e of 50 marks and theory is also for 50 marks.
Placement Experience
Placement and job are approximately 90% I guess. The package is average of 4-5 lacks and some companies offer 10-12 lacks package also. students get average salary of 4-5 lacks only. Many students do get placed outside campus also
College Events
We celebrate many religious and cultural events in our college we celebrated onam, kannada rajyotsava, Christmas etc. Then we have events on department basis like Literary fest, AAINA, INCREDIMA, ETC.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Its roughly 1 lacks for general category and 50 thousand for ebc caste and 2 thousand for sc/st caste. Fees is all depending upon the caste of the student. The hostel fees is 45 thousand ( irrespective of caste ) and mess fees is 47 thousand again irrespective of caste
Fees and Financial Aid
In our college they provide scholarship to students because I have heard that they provide scholarship to students through government and many of my friends applied for it and they got scholarship. And they paid their fee in that money
Campus Life
Cultural fest, days, sports day etc events are organised by the college. These are pretty big events of the college where students from different diploma colleges or any other engineering college can take part in sports activities and also in the tech fest events.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels rooms are pretty nice with 24hrs wifi connection and everyday cleaning services. The hostel is provided with water cooler and heater in general. The rooms are provided with seperate washrooms and each room. Is accommodated with 3 students.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, seniors are really helpful and the college is ragging free. The seniors are quite nice while discussing the various problems in some subjects as they guide us from where to and how to clear a respective subject.
Admission
I have given mhcet exam in which I have scored 78 marks. In the counselling Process I have been alloted indira college of engineering and management in the second round of counselling. I was late for the counselling so I called to the college admissions incharge and they arranged a respective seat for me.
Faculty
Faculty is quite nice and some of the teachers are Phd in their respective department. they do teach the important topics first rather than in details as their main focus is to make the student get passing marks first in their subject and then go for details for a scoring marks.
