Remarks
I wanted to get into a college which will give me the right atmosphere for an overall good experience rather than imposing strict rules and confining the students inside a small circle. That's exactly why I chose SRM Valliammai and I was assured of it on the first day although it takes a while to get accustomed with people. College does give a lot of opportunities but the push for the students to go ahead lacks.
Course Curriculum Overview
EIE was my course of choice. Having no particular interest in the field, I did find some of the subjects very interesting with the kind of lectures the faculties handled. Learning comes from within, faculties are more than ready to help if you need it.
Placement Experience
During campus placements, the entire focus shifts to that. Placement faculties do all the necessary work by keeping it both fun and productive, along with professional trainers from outside. Department faculties also support you in the period, it was all coordinated perfectly in spite of the stress that builds within. Placements are completely by choice, and entrepreneurship club is also active in the college.
Campus Life
Campus life is very much commendable. Symposiums were given importance considering it is not just academic learning but also other skills you develop during the time. Amenities like library, canteen, also the restrooms and classrooms were all maintained in the best way making it as comfortable as possible.
