Good Experience in gaining knowledge

This college is very particular about its academic record and maintains such level hence in my opinion it is a very good college to find whatever a student wants in his/her college life. Only improvement required is the placement in core department such as mechanical, civil etc.

I took UP Karnataka CET and i got around 67 marks and a rank of 19400. Well i wanted automotive course, so I selected this College as I had got good reviews of this college.

In my course all the main subjects in mechanical field were also covered such as control engineering, FEM, Fluid Dynamics, vibrations. Such subjects were elective optionals but as they were covered we even had good knowledge of both mechanical concepts and automotive concepts as well.

Internships for our department was restricted as our department was new in the college. We had few industrial visits which were helpful in knowing aspects how industries work.

Placements for fields such as CS, IS, EC and EE were excellent, and placements for mechanical and automotive fields were OK OK, not that great but compared to other colleges, it was pretty decent.

There used to be technical departmental events throughtout the year and was fun in knowing knowledge regarding other aspects. Three day Fest used to be conducted in the month of march every year were all the cultural activities and sports activities were involed and was lot of fun.

Fee structure is pretty feasible for second, third and forth year which is about 55000 on an average which includes even government fees of karnataka and all aspects such as library, sports, visits, insurance etc. but fees for first year is little more compared to other year as government take the fees separately of about 40000 and plus college fees about 35000-40000.

Yes. scholarship facilities are offered by the college that is through government and is pretty good offer they provide.

My campus life was very good, as the ratio of people is almost equal. It is one of the best among top three in bangalore regarding campus and is also given a certification from national authority. Campus is Huge and always kept very clean with the help of students as well as authorities.

I was not in hostel. but i came to know about hostel from other friends and all said that hostel is very good and amenties provided are decent. But fee structure for hostel people is quite more as the charge for hostel is more.

College seniors mentioned the same as we expected regarding college experience. we always got good feedback. Alumini network is strong as i have heard that many brothers and sisters have studied in same college even though gap of 5-6years.

Exams and Labs were chilled out as the exam season used to go out for nearly a month for every semester. lot of time between each exam, hence preparation for exam was easy and calm.

Faculty in every college is almost the same, some are really good and some not that good, but as far as my faculty is concerned they were really helpful and always wanted there department to be better than other department. hence the efforts of our faculty was really good.
