Wonderful college environment

Sandip Institute of Technology and Research Center is one of the finest colleges. I love my college because of the teachers, students and the environment. Because of the trees and flowers all around it makes your day happy and you enjoy being in college.

The teachers in our college are friendly, they understand the grasping limit of children. Our computer labs are well equipped with proper working computers. We learn well by doing practicals rather than just listening to lectures. We have class tests, teachers ask us when we can prepare for our exams and give us a weeks notice to prepare for the same. Teachers clear our doubts immediately or in person if we are not comfortable to ask in front of the class.

Our college does provide internship for interested students. We have 100% placements in our college, my large companies visit our campus for on-campus recruitment. We our have pre placement talks about the companies that visit us. Our teachers support us in any hard conditions and also boast up our confidence for the interview.

Our college organises various events like coding competitions, treasure hunts, football matches, cricket matches, etc. for interested students. We also have traditional days, saree day, flower day, etc for students to enjoy. Our college also organises events like careers guidance lectures, placement talks for us to know about the opportunities better.

Fee structure is according to your category like for open or general category computer engineering fees are up to 1 lakh, for obc category the become half and so on it reduces. You can also choose bus facility if you want to or you also have an option for hostel but the fees are different for these.

I don't know about the scholarship facilities but one of my friend got some tuition fees due to which her total college fees got divided into half so she only has to pay half the total college fees. This is only valid if you have good scores.

Sports in our college are very good, we have a boys team for football and also many others games. We have debate competitions, teachers day celebration, children's day celebration, etc. College is exciting.

The best part about this college is its hostel. There are 3 boys and 3 girls hostel. The first year hostel is separated from senior hostel which guarantees you a ragging free environment. Each hostel contains a flat which has 3 room, 1 lobby, 1bathroom. And each room are shared by two student. Hostel fees is around 65000 per year excluding mess.

I know few of my college seniors. They are very good by nature, they guide us on how to complete our project, what to do and how to do. How to score good in exams and also guide us on choosing the company for our future, how to crack the aptitude exam, etc.

I got selected through my CET scores. When I first visited the college it was evergreen, with a wonderful environment, trees all over and it looked beautiful therefore I knew I wanted to study in this college. I choose for computer engineering because I liked to create new softwares and through computer engineering I can learn new programming languages.

Our college faculty members are very friendly towards us. They have proper knowledge about the subjects they teach. They are well prepared before in hand for teaching us. They clear our doubts immediately or if they don't know something they research on that question and come back to us.
