College Review

University has so many strict rules. If you break the rules you will get UMC means case on you. There will be three chances in the whole graduation. In case if your three chances are done you will be taken out from the university and your scholarship will be canceled.

The Curriculum is way shitty, the subjects are ancient and the professors don't want to change the curriculum because they have to study those subjects, what they do is just start the ppt, read them and solve any problem which they have written in their notebook. The exam was boring to us because many things we learn on our own because our professors taught us were shitty. Research-driven not at all our college also has the word research in their college name but they never ever used that word that was just a showoff to attract students and they are really good at it.

Our college has tie-ups with some fake consultancies and they try to place their students only in BPO's because they don't have much contact with Multinational companies, a student who got placed in MNC is not by the help of our college they were placed in some open campus placement. And many of the students were placed in some companies who were MNC but later on, they told the students that they were not needed so you won't get their joining, and when students blamed the college they were like so what, you were useless not us we helped you.

We do have 2 college events that take place every year, one was named Technostav where there is cultural night, DJ night, technical games, and many other games too, fashion shows, etc. It was 3-day event that takes place in the month of January. Every day has some specific event so it was kind of fun. And the second event was in mid of the year. It was a plain sports event where you will find many of the different sport games to play. But every single event is held by every department in our college, for example, technical events in any of the events is been taken over by computer science or information technology department so they manage every single thing on their own.

The Fee structure is not at all feasible because not every student pay the same fee to college and not only this the student who pays the fee of 125000 per year for 4 years they take more money for every other thing. And many students who are rich but are under some scheduled castes have to pay only 10000 or less and that too was returned by the government which we students paid complete fee felt sad for our parents. So I never ever suggest such kinds of colleges to anybody, I don't want to repeat the mistakes that I did was done by somebody else.

No, I was not able to opt for the scholarship because of some policies of our college.

Every other thing in our college is just good but not up to the point. Because our college management wanted only money and they just spend money to attract students, nothing else. No sports, labs were good but not to the level that you can use any good software like android studio because the computers in our college were low keys.

No, our college has no hostel options. Even our college has students from different states or cities but they don't have any options for hostels but I can assure you that even if they had a hostel in future they will take high amount for that.

Yes, they were helpful but not for every student they only talk to only those who they like, girls talk only to boys and vice versa.

This college provided the course that I wanted which is Information Technology. There is a huge politics in this college for admissions. The day I take admission to this college was not much of a reason, I was trying to pick another college but the day was last to take the admissions so I take admission in that college and after taking admission I got a call from the college I want to take admission and the college I've taken admission was like give us 3 lacs and we will return your original documents as we were supposed to submit our original documents to our colleges. The day I found out that I've done the biggest mistake of my life by taking admission to this college.

Talking about our college faculty, they are complete arrogant professors at least most of them. Yeah the college is very strict which is not useful at all, professors usually don't have much knowledge but they pretend that they are the best and always underestimated there students which I never liked. The lecturers hold phds but not all of them are good, I only liked couple of teachers is my entire engineering life, just couple of them.
