My College Review

Academically it's average, infrastructure is good, placement is also average, social activities are good, faculty were friendly, management is average, if they focus more on placements then definitely make a good remark.

Exam structure is followed by Bijupattnaik university of Technology (BPUT),it's a full time course having semester wise examination in a year two semesters, so total 8 semesters have to attend followed by lab works & projects. Have visited to Mumbai for industrial visit & JSW plant to learn the industrial work.

Companies like andola soft, Unitech, HCL, ADP, COGNIZANT, ADP, JINDAL were the mainly companies tied up with our organization.

Event like all the local festivals were celebrated in our institute, cultural program like singing, dancing, ramp walk, sports etc were held in our institute, robotics, seminars,health camp & as usually we celebrate annual day in our college campous.

As compared to other institutions the program fee is less. Payment accepted by college was cash, demand draft, cheque etc. No there was no such additional charges for securing admission. They are taking some 5k amount for those who stays in hostel & at the end the amount refunded to the student or it's adjusted in the fee. Yes it's provide transparency in fee breakdown.

Yes it's provided by the state government those having carrier 1st Division & economically poor they can apply through online portal & get a scholarship money of 10k yearly.

I enjoyed my college life as a mechanical engineer there were not much girls, only 2 girls were there but we had a great time with them. Overally the gender ratio 7:2, we enjoyed alot in the annual function parties finding the sponsor & convince them to join our function really a top job,but as a team we made it easier & my branch is the royal branch whether that may be in sports or debate we rock always.

Senior students are encouraging us to take initiative in different work activities & helpful in giving idea on the placement activities.

Get admission through OJEE exam rank,I selected few college then I got shortlisted here & after the document verification process & paying the joining amount as demand draft on 5th sept 2010 was my welcome day in this institute. I selected this institute because it's newly opened & infrastructure is good, good environment.

The lectures are highly qualified,I am happy that lectures like Bipin Bihari Swain & Trilochan Biswal sir had taken our classes. The way of teaching was so friendly that any one can learn critical subjects so easily, doubt clearing classes were also held to clear the doubt of students. Our branch faculty had taken us to macheswar Industrial area to give us the practical idea & even program like AutoCAD & machine design are additional education given in our college.
