College Events
Many events takes place throughout the year. One of the colleges known for it's fests. Technical festa, social fests, etc. Famous one was tantra vihar. Annual function which was one biggest was fantastic which includes dance competition, singing competition with a huge crowd to support the performers.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee wise bit expensive. For BE IT fees was 80 thousand per year (2009-2013). One can pay in 2 installments. One can pay the fee by cash, demand draft, cheque. No there is no additional charges which needs to be paid afterwards. In terms of transparency we can see completely breakdown of the fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't opted for any scholarship or educational loan. But one can apply for EBC in case of open category. And one can get concession based on category as per Indain government policy.
Campus Life
Best infrastructure. World class class rooms. Best cafeteria. Best labs for performing practicals. Gender ration was 60 Makes to 40 Female. Best fresher party. Workshops were good. Strict ragging rules. No gender equality. No sexual harassment cases no political Interference. One can experience best 4 years of professional experience in campus.
Hostel Facilities
No I have not opted for hostel facility. As college is in Wadala, Mumabi hostel is in Nerul Navi Mumbai. Herd good review about hostel as in person I hve not visited the hostel. Average rent was 8k per month. And hostel locality is good.
Alumni/Alumna
Seen best alumni network. Seniors Junior interaction were very less. But seniors were very helpful in all the departments. Even now present 2020 I get invitation for alumni programs. As alumni One can post job opening in there respective organization in one of the best online portal of Vidyalankar Institute of technology. Which is playing a good roles for current batches. One can get good work opportunity easily.
Admission
One of the best college in Mumbai University. World class infrastructure and best education Institute under mumbai university. A+ accredited. Best professor and Laboratory. For admission process, first one must give the entrance exam of state board or one can take admission based on AIEEE exam. According to merit list one will get the admission in this beautiful college.
Faculty
Best/Top professors for coaching. Best guidance. Got best professional experience. Lot of faculty member with mixed age. Average age would be 30. Daily around 6 to 7 lectures. Best faculty of Mumbai university uses to teach us. Subject experts luck to get such a good faculty. Yes a lot of faculty member helds industry experience and certification.
