Very good academic and placement

We had very good management. Placement was good. As my college is little interior from main road transportation was quite a issue. Otherwise its all well and good. We had good academic and cultural events as well.

We had CGPA grading fee structure was based on cet and quota. And also management seats were available I did research about colleges by taking advices from my brother and his friends who were pursuing engineering degree before selecting it. I had 2 options as this college was autonomous and available for my ranking this college was my 1st choice. They helped me get my first job via campus interview. We had good placement cell.

Our college has best placement cell where our placement group have good connection with IT industry hence we did get a lot of companies for placement with good package and good designations and we used to have placements from our 3rd year mid so it helped lot of students to get placed. Usually 1 companies were taking more than 10+ students. And they made sure everyone get chance to participate and also to help us we had soft skill programs in college. Our college insisted us on taking intenship compulsory for every student in 3rd year break so we did take up intenships evwn to get intenship our college helped us.

Our college was famous for college fest Anadyantha which we celebrate every 2 years once which happens for 3 days. We invite guests like film starts or famous persons. We have some many events in anadyantha were many colleges participate in dance signing ranfoli and many other competitions. We perform acts, discos happens anadyantha has a theme the whole college will be decorated colourfully and its a fest to eyes we have many fun moments. Apart from this we celebrate youths day were a special guest will be invited to gove us motivational speech. We do have many technical workshops.

Fee structure was not very expensive as i was from CET and had quota our college fee included tuition fee, library for first year we had uniform so that charges were also included, and other charges along with transportation fee as my college is bit interior from main road we didn't had bus facilities and almost every student and faculty depended on college transportation solely expect for thise with own vehicles as transportation charge was kind off mandatory. Exam fees were seperate which we use to pay while getting hall tickets, and attendence fees, lab charges. Fees was paid via cash or dd cheques weren't accepted.

I did opt for scholarship as i belong to SC category and hence had lesser college fee and scholarships from government. By filling in college scholarshop form along with required documents we used to submit it to college and rest process would be done by college but for first time we had to go to government office and sign a register form after which college eould give us cheques of our scholarships money.

I had a wonderful college life it was amazing in all aspects. We had 60 male to 40 female ratio. We had students from all states of India as well some foreign students. We had good labs for Acadamic and extra ciricular events our most famous event of college is Anadayntha. We had good emphasis for sports. Circeket, basket ball, tennis were major sports of my college we had intercollege and inter state competitions.ever year we used to have robotics, hardware workshop and many such workshops. Soft skills were a compulsion class for last year students which helped us in interviews.

Yes we have nmit alumni group were almost all past of students are in it they do help in giving placement information to the college and sharing our stories with current students helps them a lot. Not only that alumnis also help in bringing companies to college interview. It has been great initiative as both students and lecturers are involved in helping students get placed in good companies.

I got through CET exam. As it was autonomus college and i was willing to join BE in Electronics and Communication i choose this college as the college had good reputation and very good placements. Admission took 2 days as 1day we had selection process in CET centre and a dd of defined amount had to be paid and later we need to visit College and do full admission. I got admitted on july 2009.

We had good faculty very knowledgeable lecturers and we had minimum 2 sections in each course and had faculties for both sections. Most of our lecturers were master degree holders and senior lectures with more than 10 years of experiences. We did had lecturers who had worked for IT companies, they were also our placement associatives. Some were pursuing phd and few were phd holders. We had very less graduate lecturers. So their coaching was really very good. As we had labs for most of subjects both theories and practical were thought as per our syllabus.
