Whole about STEP-HBTI college

There is almost every thing is good about my college as there are regular classes taken by the faculty and attention is paid to each and every students. The bad about my college is the body structure and the ambiance of my college is not so good as comparison to the other colleges. i.e infrastructure is not so good.

As there are 4semesters and in 1each semester there are 3exams conducted as CT1 & CT2 and final this same follows for the next semesters. Well i will say that doing PGDM from this college groomed me a lot as there are many practical practices are done to improve the student and also PD classes are also conducted to improve the student and also to qualify the various placements drive and that too helped me a lot in grooming myself. And also there are some industrial visits arranged by the college.

There are many renowned companies that have come to my college they are JARO education,Axis bank, cease fire, Just dial, byjus, PNB Metlife, and also many banks come here to take students and also many companies come here for taking students from my college. The procedure mostly followed by the companies for placement drives is GD & PI this is the criteria for selecting the student. Yes institute have taken many steps to provide placements to the students by arranging personal development classes for the students to crack the placement drive.

There are also many huge events which are held in my college which name is UDBHAV & RENAISSANCE which are held in college and this are huge event as various colleges takes part in this event so huge participation is seen for these 2 events held in my college as there are also many sponsors who sponsor these events and contribute some amount for arranging these events.

I am going PGDM and the fees structure is 3lakh 50thousand for 2years i.e 1lakh 75thousand for each year but the fees structure of MBA is very less as comparison to PGDM its around 2lakh in which students also get scholarship who are doing MBA ,so fees is feasible for MBA but expensive for PGDM. There are no additional charges to secure the admission.

I have already told that scholarship is only available for MBA students only and there is no scholarship provided to the PGDM students. No , i haven't taken any education loan. To apply for scholarship students have to fill scholarship form and submit the necessary id proofs as needed in the scholarship form to take scholarship.there is no specific criteria for getting scholarship. 80% of students get there scholarship.

campus life which is spend here is almost good for me. There is equal ratio of male and female in the college. There are many events and games are held and availability of computer labs and library. And also there are many debates held on many different topics in for and against they are arranged in a good way and at last certificates are given to the winners of such type of events.

No, i have my home in kanpur city only and the college is very near to my home so i didnt opted hostel.but there is also good availabilty of hostels or PG's for the students who came here to study from different city.

Ya there is interaction sessions held in which seniors interact with there juniors and take small interviews from them. As the seniors are very helpful to juniors as they provide many notes to juniors so they are very helpful.

I have heared about this college from many of my friends and my family members they told me that this is a semi government college and the job the students get is also good i.e there salary packages thats why i chosen this college. I opted PGDM because its coarse in which students are trained practically as comparison to MBA. I have given the GD & PI for admission in this college.

The faculty of my college is very humble and polite and also very good in there subjects which they teach. teachers are good and they pay full attention to each and every students. And age of faculty lies between 29-40 years. And the lectured are delivered through PPT and relating the topic to the actual situation from the market and learning a lot about the whole market.
