JEE my rank :-4200, I have enquired that college has good faculty, even it has good track record of results, further study and job oppurtunity.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is the same level of BPUT university as it is approved by BPUT UniversityThere are 8 semesters for BTECH and we have internal for each subject of semesters.

Internships Opportunities

No Internship programmee is provided by our college. They are BIT Miser when it comes to pay some amt to students even if they perform well.

Placement Experience

Placement and opportunities are kind of ok not that much good , you have to try of your own a bit to get a job.

College Events

There are many college events like Ganesh puja, cricket match, indoor games and annual festival. Sp all in all its a very nice place for events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasibleevery year i was paying 58000 and i have passed out in the year 2010 and rest of the fees also convenient.

No there were no scholarship and i have no idea about loan structure.

Campus Life

Campus life is pretty cool and we had a very nice group so i have enjoyed a lot.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities is very very poor and seniors are co-operative at all food is also very bad and the place is very very stinky.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are not helpful at all even there behavior also not good for juniors.

Exam Structure

We have eight semesters and each semester has one final exam and three internal exams in 4th year we have to submit 2 projects. One project is minor and the other is major.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .
