Remarks

Our college is good according its course of bachelor in technology of marine engineering. All facilities are available including mess and library even wifi facilities are also available. According to me our college is the best for b tech in marine engineering.

B Tech in Marine Engineering is good and one of the tough courses among other courses and it is somewhat similar to the mechanical engineering + Additional Marine course. And the scope from this course is good and there is some easy chance to get placed in good companies.

Placement Experience

Placements system is somewhat good and we can easily say that the percentage of placements of our college is 60-70%. When your batch cleared all backlogs or arrear paper before the end semester then more companies get attracted towards our college.

College Events

There is an annual alumni meet, a farewell party, a fresher party and a sports day. There's also a teachers day celebration event. And lots of curriculum activities event like NSS camp, Ncc camp etc which provides moral as well as social values to students.

All seniors are good and there is no wrong activities or ragging are take place in our college with any students they just want to interact with their juniors and help to learn the etiquette and respect towards him.

Admission

I got admission through Entrance exam, the exam was conducted online same like JEE mains and other entrance exam. My rank was AIR 1781 and at first round I got IMU Mumbai and that was my first priority. And the exam is conducted twice in a Year.

Faculty

All faculties of different courses which are taught in our college is good. All are highly qualified, educated and experienced faculties of all different subjects. Even some educated from IIT and from another best colleges.

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

After 6th semester, Students are eligible for campus placements. ONGC GAIL SAIL IOCL etc are companies with an average package of 10 to 12 lakh per annum. Placements are more than 80% ,it mainly depends on the skills you develop. Not as FireMan, as Fire Officer at least.

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

T.S chanakya- a career full of glory

For admission in IMU, one must have 10+2 with having atleast 60% in pcm and atleast 50 % in english. The application forms of IMUCET are released in may- june, application fees is 1000 rupees. SC/ST and OBC enjoys the benefits of reservation and are even relaxed with age limit. Entrance exam was not held on 2020 and 2021 and the admissions were based on intermediate and pcm percentage. T.S. Chanakya IMU NAVI MUMBAI a college best for for B.Sc Nautical Science

I have applied for Tolani Maritime University along with the Indian Maritime University. I have cleared both of the exams. The reason I don't opt for TMI(Tolani Maritime University) as it has too many fees for the BSc Nautical Science program. The reason I opt for Indian Maritime University is that the university is a government University and fees are also reasonable for the program and placements are good. You have to fill the IMU-CET exam for entrance.
