Remarks

The campus is big and teachers in this college are very helpful towards students. The college has a good infrastructure and is very clean. The admission process of BCA is one that should appear in an entrance exam called IPU CET and dates of registration are provided by University. The main reason for preferring this college over others is the campus area and way of teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview

BCA is a course for those who are interested in coding and it's a professional degree like any other bachelor's degree like BTech. Faculty: Student ratio is maintained in a good way. All the faculty members are well qualified and some of them are Ph.D. holders. And their teaching method is excellent as they try to communicate with every student in the class. Exams happen here 2 times per semester 1 internal 1 external.

Internships Opportunities

College offers many internship programs for the students every year and the good thing is a student of any year can apply for internships. The stipend is around 10000-20000 per month.

Placement Experience

In the third semester, students become eligible for the placements. College placements are good there are many big companies offer the job to the students like Deloitte, Amazon, Infosys, etc. The average. The package provided by the companies are 2.5lakhs to 3.5 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is so simple. The per-year fees of BCA are around 80000/- and there's no scholarship in campus financial help is provided by the bank.

Campus Life

Campus life is so good and the students here are so friendly with each other. The college has a good infrastructure and there a volleyball court basketball court and a cricket pitch available. Classrooms are fully A.C and labs are well equipped. There are many groups in college compete for zonal.

Hostel Facilities

Ac Hostels and non AC hostel both are available. The meal provided by the hostel is Okay. The hostel is not that good as compared to other hostels available outside the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
