I got admission in 2012 through AIEEE exam. This is one of the most prestigious college in North India. Getting admission to this is a dream.

Package is good and same as that in other colleges. For it companies like tcs and infosys package is 3.3 lakhs per annum(lpa), for other core companies average package is 4.5 lpa. This year placement process was outstanding as nearly all students from cse and it got placed in mnc's with good packages .Some got 2 -3 job placement letter in hand. Many core companies are expected to come in future. For civil Shapoorji and pallonji, acc cements, l & t are expected to visit shortly. For mechanical thermax is expected. All in all a very good college in terms of everything including placement.

Atharva is tech fest usually in october- November and genesis cultural fest in Feb and March. They are inter college ( athrava) and exciting prizes are put. Events are such that examine your core engineering level understanding with a little fun addition for enjoyment. In cultural fest you will get to see lot of punjabi culture like bhangra, giddha. In addition to this you will be given opportunity to showcase your talent on such a great stage.

Post Matric and minority scholarships for needy students. For economically weaker section there is fee waiver scheme and there is scholarships available for SC and OBC students.

I can assure u one thing certainly that once u come to this college u will develop as a person, u will see true colors of college life. There are many societies like iste, indian Geotechnical society, aces and much more. They organise events regularly to test students level.

For alumni there is alumni house in college campus and there Is one committee to organise regular meets and other functions.

Semester systemFor odd semester exam in December. For even semester exam in may.Course in whatever field is just like as in other Engineering colleges. Before the final examination there are three mid sessional exam out of which 2 are compulsory.
