One of the best Private institutes

The institute was one of the best in the entire state, it has many courses to offer. Very good for me.

I left an impression in my mind to go and it has given me the confidence to grow better and perform well in every aspect of life. The semester exams were in 3 different phases 1) The internal 2) The mid-semester 3) The end semester. Gradings were done on a GPA basis, the final CGPA is the accumulation of all the semester.

The internship program with different reputed companies was the highlight of the institute. The placement drive was also satisfactory.

Novatos (The Freshers party), ICARIA (The Annual Fest), ICTHALON (Annual Sports), and many other social and cultural events. And many seminars and so many conferences. Department wise National and International holidays are also celebrated. Independence day, Republic day, Teachers day, success seminars, moot court sessions, flesh mob. Department wise different cultural and social events respectively.

Our University was very particular and transparent about fees structure. It was feasible. My course fee was 20,000 INR per sem (tuition fee only) others like transport and mess charges are excluded. Transport charges for a whole semester were 7500 INR and mess charges for hostellers were 12,000 INR per sem food and canteen charges 14580 per sem.

No, as my father is a government employee so I wasn't eligible for the scholarship program. As much as I know SC/ST/OBC students with domicile status can avail this facility.

Campus life was quite joto the mark. A canteen area, sports area, a small park and gallery with full Wi-Fi facility was there. So overall it was a good one. Students in my class made a lot of memories. Labs and robotics were generally for Engineering students. Sports and other facilities were to the mark.

Yes, I was in a hostel for 2 semesters. Then I left the hostel as I was doing different courses and was preparing for competitive exams at that time. The hostel was good, each and every room was assigned to 2 students and a clean washroom, TV, conference room, etc in the hostel.

We are alumni of the college, our batch mates are always there to help newcomers or if required any inquiry we can definitely help.

It offers good placements, the course includes an internship program and it is one of the best institutes in the state of Tripura. I got to know about the institute from a very famous local newspaper. And after all, I feel that I was lucky that I've chosen this institution for my UG.

The faculties were good but could've been better. Many local faculties on a contractual basis were there, more outsiders and faculties with experience are recommended. However, I can't complain about those who taught us all these skills. I want to thank ICFAI University Tripura.
