Really good college experience

According to my experience I am very happy being a student of my college because of our attentive teachers and clean toilets and bringinging upgradation related to studies.

As our subject teachers give us enough assignments and teach us enough chapters it is quite easy for those who regularly attain class and that's why many students don't have a problem while sitting in an exam. our exam is very strict, the process is. all the students are said to follow the roll number which is written on the door and to follow the bench which has the same roll number. There are two invigilators in a room. And everything is handy and all the invigilators are very helpful.I think this is the best way an exam can happen because it teaches you and it makes you to study because cheating is not possible which will automatically enlighten your knowledge about that particular subject and that will very helpful to for making someone a better professional.

Approximately three companies have visited our campus for placement drives for my course. One of them is Vansh constructions. According to to my first time going to interview I noticed there are a few steps before the main interview. The first one is a written exam and those students who have got good marks in written exams are taken to the next step and others where disqualified, then in the next step we had a group discussion in which we all had to debate about a topic. And those students who have impressed the interviewer will go to the final stage which is the interviewing, in that the interviewer will be ask you questions and also observe your body language and then they will do the same with all the others one by one. Then the interviewer will list out the students who got the job and the list of the disqualified students. this is the final step.

Saraswati puja takes place every year and all the the faculty is an teachers and everyone as students gathers all together to worship goddess Saraswati, Holi is also celebrated every year, Freshers for new studentsspecially done with songs dance and many more things including it, Farewell for passouts, Sports, Music related programs, quiz contests.

If any student come without applying for jexpo exam and want to directly get admission in this college they can get admission by the management quota process in which your 10th or 12h grade marksheet is taken as medium for deciding whether you can bestudent of the college or not. the the jexpo students have to show the marksheet to the the office to proof and to get lesser fee charge than management quota.

I don't think my college offers opportunities to scholarship students. for the past two and half years I don't think there is any scholarship students in our college there are jexpo students do but they are not considered scholarship students because jexpo student have topay lesser amount than management quota.

In our college gender ratio quiet balancing because our college is a safe place for every gender whether it's the atmosphere or the fellow classmates and all the teachers. Our college has mini workshops with include automobile workshop civil testing workshops carpentry workshops labs and fluid mechanics lab workshop. The most beautiful thing I have observed about my college is that there is no discrimination on any person.till today I don't think I have hear any cases where a person has bullied or treated badly the other person who may be handicapped or ethnically different.colleges open for all religions whether it's Hindu or Christian or Muslim or any other we see all as one. Politics do plsy some roles in our college. I just assumed that because some months ago our honorable chief minister Mamta banarji came for a visit for some sports related occasion. Award college do organise some meetings which are quite important as some industrialist related persons theme for a visit in our college and some female saints from brahmakumari also visited. so in short I just want to say that my college is open for every gender every ethnicity and every race and everyone who want to enlighten themselves with better and helpful education.

I have not opted for hostel because fortunately my home is quite near the college I have to take one bus to reach to home and to home to college. Students whose home are outside of the state or very far from College location stay in college hostel.

Our seniors are very friendly and very helpful.whenever any trouble takes place. They are also very helpful when it comes for organising an occasion. They are also very helpful when it comes to helping in studies or in any academics. whenever there is any student who is in trouble they always come for rescue. I truly can't recall any incident related to being bullied by them.

First I came to know about this college when my father's friend suggested a college for me and my father visited a college which is Dr Sudhir Chandra Sur degree engineering College, he really like the atmosphere and staffs and he brought me the next day. Next day I went. In main Office i sat and showed my class 10 board exam CGPA and they said that I am qualified enough to join their college I joined by management quota I didn't showed my jexpo marksheet. Next they took us to fillup the all the formalities and everything required to join in the college and we followed all. they also informed as the date all the new students should be arriving at the college at a particular time and the room number in which we will wait. This is how I started my journey as a budding civil engineer.

According to my information the faculties and all the respective teachers and our HOD have much of a qualification as much as I kno. our subject teachers mostly have passed from the University of Kalyani and one teacher have passed out from Jadavpur University as much as i know. in short all number of teachers and faculties in our college are much qualified.
