Remarks

The management is great but sometimes they took decisions that are worthless, well I'm saying this as per the perspective of a student.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I'm currently pursuing is no doubt great. The demand for technology is more in the current era. And also I have an interest in Computer Science, how things work. So I decided to go with this course and definitely will help me make a professional.

Placements are great, the last year's ratio of placements is quite well. Almost every student got placed in the desired company.

College Events

Lots of events celebrated every year, the main fest is Parivartan. Besides these technical fests, cultural fests, every fest is huge, there are also DJ nights plus a celebrity show. Participants are also from different Colleges who come to show their preparations.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Quite expensive. All types of payments are accepted by the College. There are no additional charges rather than the required like fest fee, examination fee. No extra charges they demand. Hostel fee is quite expensive, and also they increase the charges per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I have a direct entry. Besides this College gives scholarships to the students who scored good marks on the PTU entrance exam.

Campus Life

Campus Life is great. The gender ratio is 70% for boys and 30% for girls. Labs, sports, competitions are held from time to time to engage the students in this too or not only in studies. Everything is quite well. After all, they only help us to enhance our knowledge plus confidence.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, I'm a hostler. The hostels are perfect. There are 5 boy's hostels and 1 big girl's hostel. They demand you to pay the fee along with the tuition fee of the college. The average rental of one month is around 7000.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. There are sessions with the alumni where they share their experiences in the corporate world. Guide students on how to get a great platform after college and on many more things.

Admission

I just applied for CSE and get a call back regarding the admission. I guess there is also another way to get into this college, the PTU exam. Score well and there are some changes that you might get the scholarship. I'm not sure about this if you are of a different state.

Faculty

The faculty is excellent. They treat you like their own kids, in short teachers are very humble and kind. They always help whenever needed. They help in our extra curriculums like projects. I never thought the teachers of our college would be this great.

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

I chose Chandigarh Engineering College Laundry over the other due to its strong placement record affordable structure and good industry connections first up I applied to Chitkara University and Lovely Professional University but found C see more cost effective with a well structured curriculum.
