Experience of my college life

They should improve many things like they should care about individuality of every students.

The curriculum and exam structures are out dated. I personally will recommend them to change each and every perspective of this college curriculum. The should adapt new methods of teaching and they should give importance to things other than studies which builds the character of the students.

No, actually I declined the placement option. However only 2 or 3 students out of 230 or something gets placed in a core company and only upto 20-40 students gets placed oit of 230. It's such a shame.

There are 9 departments in our college and each department has a technical symposium which is literally waste. And there are some college culturals which the college will not show a great interest. The college should give importance to the culturals as well as the professional symposium, but they won't do it.

No, it is not feasible. Some students gets scholarships. But many of the students feels the fees is expensive. And also there is no transparency in the fee-breakdown. They just simply say it was for placement. No proof for many fees which college ask them during the college time.

I didn't opted any of it. But there are so. E scholarships available in the college. The scholarships are mostly provided for the students who comes from a low income family or from backward class (ST/SE). The average sum is about 9000 inr/year.

The college provides necessary things for labs, sports. In a ratio of 1:2 the students gets failed and they got disappointed and feared about life, there's no one to lift them up. Here the staffs are being very strict, they should be friendly instead of being such an ass.

Yes. I am staying in college hostel. This hostel building is very old and many accidents happen just like ceiling gets falls on a student's head. The hostel is not maintained properly. They charge 72000 inr /year.

Yes college provides connections with alumni but only for final year students who opted for placements.

I got admission to this College in 2017 through merit counseling held by Anna university. I opted this course because I thought that this course involve us in many practical works. And I initially thought this college was situated in a major area but in reality it was situated in a remote area which was very disappointing.

Yes here the faculties hold many achievements and they know about many things. But they are not updating themselves. The average age will be around 40. Only few holds the Ph.D or Doctrate and the remaining holds an ordinary post-graduate. Only few faculties teaches understandingly other in lack of practical knowledge.
